Beautiful old fort, perfect for open air concerts or shows. Magical. Beautiful views from the hilltop

WOW, this is soooo boring, empty gallery space and the promise of some Jazz. oh dear no !!
The exhibition of overhead pictures of the fort is unique in its level of 'can't be bothered'
Save some time, don't bother coming ,it's pointless.

Hard to get in when closed. Performs excellently as a Fort.

Nothing really there unfortunaghtly unless there some extra exhibition. If the weather is good and you can go to the beach skip this activity

The Fort Napoleon is the old stones castle, it has the magnificent vaulted rooms, the exhibitions, jazz concerts in particular and other events.
Built between 1812 and 1821 on the orders of the Emperor Napoleon. He will never participate in combat in this castle, except in 1944 during the liberation of our territory world war 2.
The fort Napoleon is devoted today to the valorization of its patrimony.
The Fort Napoleon houses galleries of Contemporary Art and it hosts many events including the Jazz Festival and The Cuban Festival.
