Agent I dealt with never returned my calls, nor found an affordable similar policy when the existing policy doubled its premium! I was with them over 20 yrs. I was able to find on my own, a similar policy for1/2 of what they quoted me.

Heffner agency is a great agency! Very helpful and quick in responding!
They claim that they are fully functional remotely due to Corona Virus, yet they send you to website for assistance. They are using Corona virus as an excuse not to work. They should at least have someone to answer the phone.
