I watch a lot of Jeff's videos he does online via YouTube, he's always posting realistic information pulled from actual data points that his company does and I've found it to be a reliable source before investing into precious metals and other Commodities ( mainly precious metals)... don't fall all the YouTube hype out there about things going to the moon and such forth... once I get some money saved up I do plan on signing up for some reports that come out of CPM... keep up the good work out there guys you are making a difference to some of us😎👍💯

Such a cool place! Tons of Asian products, meat, seafood,and produce in the market. There are a variety of other shops and eateries that specialize in Asian apparel and food. The is a foot spa that has the best foot massage. However, be aware that they want you to tip minimum of $10 on a $35 service. No where does it say that, but we were told to tip that by the person at the register.

To do shopping and eating in a mall is much better than in plazas. Because central air is always surrounding you.

This was a great place to buy seafood and health supplements unique in the Asian culture such as the lemon ginger and honey tea. The prices were very reasonable. You ought to know the products of your interest because reps and workers within the store hardly willing to offer any advising on products on sell.

Although I've seen some bad reviews of this place, I will say to that I can agree with some of them but not all. So the downfalls would be.

I absolutely love Hong Kong City Mall. There is so much to see, buy and eat. There are many restaurants within the mall, and I've almost tried all of them. The people who work within the mall are inviting. They have a huge grocery store inside with good quality seafood at a fair price. Almost everything sold in the store is cheaper than if you were to get it somewhere else. Everytime I go I grab something new. My kids love it, so everytime we go to chinatown houston, we always make a stop here.
I definitely would recommend anyone to checkout this place.

Awesome mall. Bigger than I expected. Plenty of restaurants and bakeries to grab a meal or a snack. Despite some of the reviews this mall was clean and in good condition. The outside was nice and kept up. The grocery store is huge and has everything. Large variety of fresh seafood. I enjoyed my visit and picked up some souvenirs.
My first time there. I went only to the supermarket inside. I did not have time to walk around and see the other little stores inside the mall. The market is very big and has a lot of products. The seafood area is big and they have some fishes a life to buy. Was a nice experience. I will come back. They have aisle with only teas and sauces.... Love it. Also the vegetables area is huge and you can find everything and more..... Candy section was very interesting too. Next time I will go with more time. Bit if you want to see and find exotic items I recommend a little tour here. I know there are more supermarket close but never visit yet so I can not compare with others.
I went here to browse around after a wedding at Ocean Palace. Overall the facility is clean but has a very strong smell to it. The smell is a combination of incense and fish. Very strange. I had a rice plate in one of the small restaurants in there and it was delicious. Overall it was an interesting experience but I wouldn’t take a a special trip to go here on a whim.

One of the Vietnamese trademark supermarket in Houston. Very popular. Located on Bellaire Blvd or Dai Lo Little Saigon Area. You can find literally everything imported from Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Japan, Korea and China. Fresh fruits, vegetables, meats and fishes. They got fish tanks here. Cut and clean for you for free. Their main attraction is the natural homegrown flowers and plants from South East Asian. You have to come by and check out yourself. Highly recommend for any visitors. However the manager should always clean and keep the restrooms cleaned. This is Health Issue and official state and CDC law.

The ad made it seem easy to obtain a term life insurance policy, however it’s been several weeks of back and forth emails regarding more hoops to jump through. I have never even heard of allianz before.
Up until recently we only had employer sponsored coverage. With day forward my husband was able to get me covered with a guaranteed income protection until our kids are grown in the event something happens before then. Erik was absolutely amazing! He was patient and took the time to explain to me in detail on how my policy would work. He was honest and transparent in making sure to give me advice that would best benefit me when it came to the policy. He also was able to answer all my questions...very knowledgeable and well versed about life insurance in general. He was not pushy at all like most insurance representatives are. I recommend Dayforward to anyone that wants to make sure their family is taken care of after their passing. Obtaining this policy has given me even more peace of mind that my family will be okay.
I just got a Dayforward life insurance policy. These days with covid, you never know what may happen. The application process was painless and we managed to finalize the policy without ever having to speak on the phone [which is a MAJOR plus for me, I hate talking on the phone].
