I have no complaints.I’ve had very good experiences with the front desk staff ,nurses and Doctors.

Absolute violation of my tax. Never able to see a doctor and I am one of them patients who barely use the GP yet all the times I have needed to have been an absolute pain and mission, I’m having to lower myself and beg for appointments and just for context they’re not minor or silly reasons for calling and wanting an appointment.

It’s just the typical “we’ve arranged for the doctor to call you back today but never will” or the “sorry we don’t have any appointments you’ll have to call at 8am and wait in a 45minute queue and when we answer we’ll tell you there’s no appointment and that you’ll have to call back at 1pm” - Or they’ll tell you to just go to the walk in center in MK hospital - what a joke. Just give me my portion of the tax back and let me use that money to go private.

Never have appointments, this country is a joke, I pay over a £1000 a month in national insurance for what? To be told I can’t be seen by a GP. Need to be dying now days. In addition they are deceiving regarding appointment availability even emergency one’s, only to ring 111 and they say they have emergency appointments available. The receptionist has become a triage with her deciding if you meet the criteria for an emergency appointment.

Hands down the worst surgery I've ever been at. Request doctors appointments which apparently get booked and never do. Doctors to call back and they never do. Then I receive messages saying I've missed my appointments on random days I was never made aware of. Surely its not that difficult to be ontop of patient appointments.. if only we had a computer device where appointments could be input to and a database with a calender to refer to... hmmmm

Today my sister and I spoke to lovely Kya at Water Eaton regarding our 93 year old Dad.
We would like to say that she was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us.

I was referred here my my own doctor ,I signed in fine with the screen inside and was promptly seen to by a doctor who was thorough and polite and professional he even had a good sense of humour .I personally couldn’t have asked for any more and I’m very happy .

Often turn up for booked appointments that I'm then told aren't on the system. Most times I arrive and try to check in on the screen, but doesn't work. Then queue for half an hour to check in at desk, get logged in as late, chastised by staff and doctors and doctors can't be bothered treating me properly and cut my appointment time short....even though their poor system is the problem! Some staff members nice and helpful, some rude and incompetent
