If i can post ZERO STARS for this experience i would!

I called to get a fill on a prescription yesterday. The receptionist advised that there is a $30.00 fee to fill a prescription with my Doctor. We went back and forth with her asking me WHY am i being charged by my family doctor to get a prescription. She then started speaking to me on CONDESENDING TONE and kept advising "i don't know what your not understanding". I got very upset as I was never charged and she could not explain why i am being charged a fee of $30.00. While talking to MY BROTHER who was near me i was making comments, she went and complained to Doctor Li. He called me this morning advising that I NO LONGER HAVE A FAMILY DOCTOR AND IS REFUSING TO TRANSFER ME TO ANOTHER DOCTOR. He also advised that he does not believe the receptionist told me i need to pay a fee.(assuming I was making it up). He was unprofessional, rude and dismissive.

I never had an experience like this with a doctor's clinic in my life. I will be making a complaint on this matter with the CPSO.

Very responsive with results. You get a feeling that they truly are looking out for your health. Highly recommend.

I was transfered over to Dr. Li when my previous family doctor (Dr. Val Rachlis) retired. Dr. Li has always been great. He is young, knowledgeable, and empathetic. While I do respectfully prefer my previous family doctor, as I've known him for quite a while, I do nonetheless have confidence in Dr. Li.

Not impressed. Would not recommend especially when your doctor cannot apologize for the wrong doing and blames receptionist.
Instead Dr Maya Nadel told me if I'm not happy to find a new doctor. So I am.
They charge you for everything!

I went to the same family doctor for over thirty years and was very disappointed when I was told he was retiring. About 2 years ago I began seeing Dr. Tim Li to whom I had been referred. We all know that it is not easy to get a family doctor today, especially an excellent one who is very caring, keeps right up to date and who takes the time to really listen to each patient’s concerns. Recently I have had some lengthy health issues and Dr. Li has been there for all of my needs. The specialists to whom he has referred me when needed have also been very accommodating and deal with issues with expediency. In addition to regular booked appointments, there is time left for those who require same day appointments. There is a nurse in the office to deal with inoculations, ear cleaning, etc. The entire office staff is very welcoming and caring.

They have a system where you can get an appointment the day of. In addition to booking online. The wait times are significantly better than other clinics and the staff does go above and beyond from my personal experience. Great clinic and staff you will not be disappointed.

Dr Eric Stutz is a fantastic doctor who works round-the-clock for this patients. My wife and I have received telephone calls as well as email messages posted to medeo late at night and on weekends. Not every doctor would telephone you on a Saturday night concerning lab results.
