So thankful to have been a patient at this clinic. The receptionist is so friendly and the doctor was professional and knowledgeable. Clean office and quick!

Im sure most of the doctors are fine physicians, unfortunately the owner doesn’t care if his staff know what the doctors provide. What their level of care is and they will take your money without double checking that the doctor you’ve been placed with has the necessary skills to take care of you. He will also be very rude to you when you are trying to figure out why you paid for a service you weren’t provided. I placed a complaint at the college of physicians, which I was told was added to an existing claim on this clinic. So my recommendation, especially if you are traveling here without insurance, go elsewhere. The Care Max has urgent care doctors and clinic doctors and they charge you after your appointment when you are required to pay. Better care overall.

And since you can get rerouted to the other 2/3 Mercy Medical clinics and they won’t warn you. Beware We thought we were making an appointment at the closest but our doctor ended up being at south Surrey. Not convenient especially when we needed an in office visit.

I have been waiting for over 2 months to get a lab test revised as they made a mistake in the first place. Front desk is only available for a certain time period and they never respond to your email. Being rude is part of their work culture for sure! They also charged me a $95 consultation fee for a two minutes call with the doctor and even the lab request was not done properly. If you are thinking about it, DON'T. It's a scam.

If this isn't the worst medical clinic in the world, then the worst one must be just outside the gates of hell.

I've been trying to get ahold of them for a week just to confirm which pharmacy to send my subscription to.

On two occasions I called them relentlessly for 30 minutes only to be told by the answering machine that they are "now closed"... 30 minutes before the advertised closing time!

So my prescription is in limbo.

Even if I could get ahold of them, it's a waste of time and money. Their doctors are useless, giving prescriptions without much thought. I've seen/spoken with 4 separate doctors who all say something different and none of their medications have worked. I'm convinced this whole practice is a scam. We are being trolled at large.

Avoid at all cost!

Tried to come in for a walk in today, called many times on the way to make sure its working. Nobody answered. I arrived 5 minutes later, the lady at the desk is sitting all alone, doing something on her phone. She clearly wasnt busy to answer my calls. And at the end she told me that there are NO walk ins for a week. Great service! Please check your employees!

This clinic keeps making appts that I do not want. They say I have an appt at this time and day via email and I respond no I do not want an appt. Then they leave voicemails saying we are confirming your appt tomorrow. I call back to say do not confirm it I already told you no. Then the receptionist says I cannot cancel appt and it is $225 for no show. I never asked for the appt. I don't need the appt. I have repeatedly said no to the appt. So unprofessional. I wouldn’t go near this clinic with a ten foot pole!!!! Have never seen a dr but however they got my info they don’t even know how to book appts properly they just make up consent. They are going off a referral from over a year ago that another dr has already seen and treated. They seem to be very disorganized and hang up the phone.

I phoned July 4th for a appointment for a prescription refill, the receptionist told me I will get a phone call from the doctor July 5th between 5-6pm, she even asked me where to fax my prescription.
It's July 5th 6:42pm, I did not get my phone call, the incompetence of the workers at the front desk is a ongoing problem, I don't know if they listen or they don't understand basic English.
