An interesting place to buy Vietnamese meat rolls/ bánh mì in Prospect. They are always delicious, crispy and fragrant.
The ingredients are fresh and taste good as well. It's right in front of Coles Prospect (inside the building) so it's convenient to go to whenever I'm craving bread.

Such a little gem I've recently discovered in Prospect. This bakery is now my favourite go-to place for Vietnamese bread and other types of cakes. The Vietnamese banh mi bread here is done with the right traditional recipe, not doughy and hits the right note for chewiness in its texture. I have noticed Vietnamese banh mi in the big supermarkets may have the okay look, however not the right texture and taste for an authentic Viet bread roll. It takes lots of love to make the Vietnamese banh mi and this place just do it perfectly. The meat pies here are also very tasty. Thank you, Prospect Bakery. Making bread is really your bread and butter.
