Whenever I come here I'm always greeted by a friendly assistant, without them being in my face, if you know what I mean. There's a wide range of products to choose from and if you need help, you'll find there is always a willing and knowledgeable assistant on hand. I always leave feeling good and with the perfect product.

Website was very simple and easy to navigate. Order was processed with confirmation and within minutes telling me it was ready (I had chosen Click and Collect). Called into store at Prospect SA and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They even carried my 20kg bag of dry food out to my car! Excellent service all around. Highly recommended.

Great service. Always friendly and very eager to help. Their knowledge & advice concerning our little dog was also very good. I especially love how the young sales person went out of her way to look online and match the cheaper price for my purchase. Thank you Prospect Petbarn.

Attended Puppy School for our Kelpie Sandy and highly recommend Simone. She taught us everything and more, specifically to our breed. Worked amazingly in the group setting, meeting other puppies and also received so much one on one training and tips. It was great to see such a fast progression in our puppy, Simone made it too easy to approach challenges whilst at home and while training Sandy. Highly highly recommend.
