Venkat in the reception was really good and understanding.
Last week My daughter was very unwell. In the morning when I called the receptionist who was booking said someone would call back.But I didn't receive any call until 2 pm .
Then I rushed to the surgery. Venkat was at the reception at that time He reassured someone will call. However on my request he arranged an appointment to see the doctor at that time. That was really kind of him to understand that these sort of things doesn't come under strict protocols. If they have a slot in between he can arrange it and squeeze in rather sticking to what has been arranged.
I saw the doctor and got my medication.

SUCH RUDE STAFF. No idea how to speak to their patients. The frequent advise I was having was to change the GP which I clearly did in no time. I would love to thank the staff for such great advise.

I have been a patient at this surgery for a long time ,I feel I need to commend the services of the gentleman at the reception I have seen recently he is very efficient and polite and really knows what customer service is ,he is an asset to the surgery. I believe his name is Vinket .keep up the good work.thankyou

My experienced is very bad. I had high temperature and called them book an appointment with gp but they referred to pharmacy. My condition gone worse and i went to the emergency and my specialist nurses said to how ur gp could do this with u. They admitted me in the hospital and after recovering the doctors discharge me and said go back to gp,and said don't refer me next time on pharmacy .

In a few sentences ...

Mathukia surgery app was good.
GPs were great.
Reception staff were miserable.
And the surgery manager was terrible.

I was registered with the Surgery for many years. Then, after downloading the NHS app one day, I was automatically removed by the surgery. I explained the issue to the reception staff but they told me that the Surgery Manager would be able to help. Then after a week of waiting, manager (Shannon) was not willing to resolve the issue and did not even speak on the phone. She instructed the staff that I was no longer registered with the surgery - so, they can't anything about it. It was an awful experience.

Dr Mehul Mathukia, Dr D Shoaib are amazing. All other doctors are good and helpful. Some time it’s difficult to get appointment but understandable as NHS is under lot of pressure. I’m very happy and will never change my surgery unless something drastic happens.

Venkat on the main reception has always been extremely helpful and friendly. I requested him to chase the doctor to rebook my ultrasound for my foot and 1 week later I got an appointment.

Harpreet is another very helpful person. I spoke with them and they were ever so helpful and cooperative.

I would like to add that Dr Ali and Dr Monica Sharma have been the best doctors I have ever come across. They always take their time, listen and go extra to assist.
