KFC Limuru Road

Amazing service, fast, very friendly and mostly clean

Tables and floors were dirty. I told the cashier, but she did not get anybody to clean it. I had to do it myself.

Enjoyed an afternoon with friends at the seating area besides KFC. It was quiet and undisturbed.

When on traffic jam,one can decide to relax Abit before it settles down as it is situated on main road,,fuel reffilling point.... excellent!

Had 2 pieces of chicken with nachos. Nachos were spicy as was the chicken. Cost 390. Found chicken oily so won't return. But service was good just 3 minutes to wait for the food.

It was my first time to visit this branch and despite having many customers that Sunday Evening(after 5pm); the attendants were quite fast with their service. I ordered for the streetwise 2(spicy option) and it is worth your every cent. I enjoyed the meal and no wonder I've friends who have stuck with KFC as their only chicken joint from when it was introduced in Nairobi. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I'm writing this with so much disappointment. KFC food has been my all-time favorite but I'm afraid this is not a song I'm willing to sing along moving forward. On 3rd March 2021 we made our usual purchase as per attached receipts and unfortunately, something was totally wrong with the 4 meals as soon after - within 2hrs all of my colleagues had running stomachs. This is something that also happened on 2nd Feb 2021 but we didn't this as seriously as we'd had some bitings before taking the kfc meal. efforts to get tangible feedback from KFC - Limuru Rd seem fruitless, however, we are grateful to Mathew and Alice who sounded empathetic. This is to just share our disappointments and to just let the next person be vigilant.
Unfortunately, this is the end of the road for I and my colleagues.
KFC, we are disappointed!!!
