KFC Hurligham got my order wrong. After raising the issue on the app no one has gotten back to me almost one week later whereas your contacts never go through.
Never pay for delivery with a credit card. The delivery person steals your food. This place doesn't even answer the phone.
I love KFC but I have had missing items from my drive thru orders 3 times including tonight. It gives a bad service taste to great food. Whether it's deliberate or due to many orders vs few staff I dont know
AGreat fast food restaurant in hurligham at Shell petrol station. ⛽️. They've got quite a menu of chicken dishes from streetwise to burgers that are all mouth watering. The staff too are great to interact with, though it's more of self service, where you pay and wait to pick up your food. Should you be in hurligham pass by for some quick bite
The atmosphere is great, though they are clearly short staffed, there was a long queue with only one person at the counter. The crispy burger not only looks nothing like the picture advertised but it's so blunt.

It's no different from any other KFC chains - maybe a bit of more space.
Drive thru can sometimes be busy. And today at the last window where you receive your order, there were lots of people covering the window - which I was not comfortable with.
