It’s been 4 days my order not picked up , I called but not lifting the call no proper response , very bad service

Wish I could negative rating. The delivery person never came to deliver the product and always provided false reasons of me being not available. On calling customer service we get one standard statement of apologies for convenience however no action is been taken against the delivery person even after multiple complaints. Even the customer service representative would put your call on hold for long periods with no response to your multiple hellos. We very pathetic service.
