I dined at Sausalitos in Essen with a group of six colleagues at 8:40 PM. We had ordere for 5 beers and some hamburgers. Unfortunately, the beers took over 40 minutes to arrive, and when we asked about our hamburgers after roughly 2 hours and 20 minutes, we were told that there were many tables to serve, and we'd have to wait longer. It became clear why so many people were leaving. Frustrated, we decided to request the bill and expressed our intention to leave. One waiter in German dismissively said, "It doesn't matter if they're leaving."

I can confirm a disappointing lack of courtesy and professionalism. The staff seemed underqualified when it comes to customer service. I strongly recommend that the owner take steps to better train and manage their employees. I would not recommend this establishment.

An amazing place, whether for a drink or a meal, this place offers a lot of options.
The food was very delicious, the atmosphere was great and the staff was very friendly although there was a shortage of staff but maybe because it was a sunday evening.

The Nachos Original were very delicious and crunchy.
The Crispy Chicken Caesar Tacos were very tasty but small.
The Fajita Pollo Poblano portion was very big but very delicious.
The San Francisco cocktail was very refreshing.

A must try restaurant!!

Lovely waitresses, excellent food. The portions are a tad small, but the ambiance and atmosphere make up for that. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.
