Pathetic response by the store attendant..i ordered for thyronorm 25 mcg but they sent 75 mcg. Now unwilling to exchange it and shouted at me for not checking it earlier

Unfortunately the staff didn't know how to use the card machine.

Most medicines not in stock but they deliver it later at home if nearby.

I placed an order at 10:00 am this morning. Didn't get the order till evening while the payment was done beforehand. On following up, the counter boy says 'delivery wale ke mood pe hai'! Although I understand everyone is overloaded, this, in no way, is an acceptable response.

I have already made the payment hence have no option but to wait. Will never order from this branch (Ganga Market, Noida) of Apollo pharmacy.

Medicines are genuine here.

Called them to enquire for a medicine, they didn't have it so they replied back rudely and simply cut the call without even hearing me further whether I want an alternate medicine or have some other query.
