Poor shop staff behaviour.. they dont know how to talk with customer. A person who always sit with computer doesn't know anything.. should be chaprasi somewhere.

I have purchase medicine crocin DS on 4th February 2020. Person available on the front of medicine store he told there is some issue in network, so give me your mobile number and I will add your points. Once network will work, I have given my mobile number but still he has not get my points.
Today again I have called but they no satisfactory response. he told on crocin there is no points given from the Apollo pharmacy can you please confirm he is telling true or false.
few months back I have purchase same medicine from jalvayu Vihar Apollo pharmacy I have get the points.
