This is my third time eating at this restaurant and I love their Jazhiang noodle and Dan dan noodle. Full of flavor, quick and good service, and freshly made cuisine will make you come again and again. Highly recommend for Chinese food.

My husband loves to eat at traditional Chinese restaurants when we travel. Xi'an was not at all busy when we arrived, but quickly filled with families.
We ordered the Sichuan spicy fish, stir fried potatoes, pan dumplings and lamb bbq skewers. My husband also ordered a bowl of the beef noodle soup with wide hand cut noodle.

Spicy Sichuan fish: If you do not eat spicy food I do not recommend Sichuan dishes but this was a well made fish dish. This is a whole fish so there can be bones present, but it does not bother me. Very fresh fish, tender, spicy and aromatic.

Stir fried potato: I liked the stir fried potatoes, but they are cut little thicker than I make at home, so they are bit more crisp. Keep in mind if you do not care for crunchy potatoes. Still 10/10 for me.

Jioazi: Homemade jioazi were very good. No dry or tough filling, soft fresh dough and made to order.

Lamb bbq skewers: best fresh, second best ones I've had in a restaurant. Little more pepper would have been ideal for me but the flavor was not lacking at all. Perfect size lamb pieces.

Beef noodle: AMAZING. Such a lovely silky broth. I ate all of the vegetables that come with the noodle (bok choy and woodear mushrooms) my husband said the noodles were great and even brought a lonely single noodle home because it was too good to leave.

Service: GREAT. My hot tea was filled throughout my stay and my.husband had ample drink during the meal

The restaurant is very clean and has lovely wood chopsticks with nice service area. The booths are spacious and comfortable. The tables are not crowded close together.

Update** a previous version of review mistakenly stated a credit card number was taken during the visit. However a second occurrence revealed this was NOT from the physical card number but from a virtual number and had not connection to xi'an.
This is actually great news because their food is incredible!!!

Ordered take out. Prices are reasonable.

Specifically had the chili noodles and pork bun. Food was fantastic. The noodles had the right flavor, good spice. The pork bun was also delicious. Bun was nice and fluffy and the pork was tender and fairly juicy.

Overall, pretty good Chinese spot. I recommend if you’re looking something more authentic than the typical American-Chinese places.

The Xi’An style food served here is not only authentic, it is some of the best in the USA, similar to what I would expect from xian famous foods nyc. Their LiangPi is fresh, spicy, with all of the toppings- the noodle is thick and chewy. I also got the hand pulled beef noodle soup to truly test out their noodle pulling abilities- the soup was a super beefy and simmered over time with plenty spices and aromatics.

It was easy to place an order online for pickup. I ordered the Hibachi Chicken Fried Rice. It was good but I have had better and that was what I was comparing it to. A few of my bites had some over cooked rice and hard peas. The portion was a good size, I ate half. I would try this place again and order something else.

Came here with family and enjoyed some authentic food.

The flat noodles were not too spicy but they were too greasy.

The beef flatbread is worth getting! Delicious and cut up nicely for you.

I also give the waitresses credit for putting up with our many food needs/specifications.

The decorations are clean and theme fitting :0)

Plenty of parking!

Been holding off on writing this review to try and keep this spot for myself, but I am ready to share. As I'm aware Xi'an is a region in China that's known for noodles, spice, and thin sliced meats. Let's just say, check, check, and check!

PROS
-Excellent food (cold/hot noodles, soup noodles, flatbread meat pockets, spicy pickled fish soup, it's all good)
-Fresh handmade noodles
-Lots of spicy options (some no spicy, but predominantly all spicy)
-Lots of parking

CONS
-Service can be pretty bad, but honestly food will overshadow this

I'd pass on the orange chickens and beef broccolis and save that for your next trip to Panda. No offense but you can't pass up the noodles and house special items here.

'Til next time, cheers!

If you're looking for authentic Chinese food, look no further! The food was very authentic; large portions for a reasonable price. We tried the potato slices, tofu skin, and marinated pork flatbread as starters. Also got to try the biang biang noodles which were truly the stars of the show. You can definitely tell these are hand pulled noodles. We can't wait to come back and try more of the noodle dishes!
