I had been a patient at North Bramalea Medical for about 50 years. First Dr. David Millar was my Doctor when I was a child, then as a teenager, I moved over to his daughter, Dr Barbara Millar. Recently, I've discovered that I'm experiencing a fairly serious health issue, so I tried to book an appointment, but was told that my Dr had retired. I asked to see any of the other Doctors, as I'd seen various ones over the years, and was told that they weren't accepting new patients! 50 years of attending this clinic, and suddenly I'm a new patient! I can't believe that there was no notification to me that my Doctor retired, no plan to transfer my file to someone else, and now I have to rely on a walk-in clinic to manage my serious issue. So disappointed in how this all went down. Very unprofessional.

Terrible service from the start. Long call wait times, receptionists are quick to dismiss you, doctors don’t provide answers or help you at all. They’re all there for an easy paycheque and don’t care about patients at all. Do not go here, there are much better doctors in Brampton who atleast do the bare minimum.

Visited this office this morning. Dr.Feanny seems like a nice guy, but I wouldn’t know since I waited for over an hour with my 3 kids and didn’t have time left to see him. The reception made it seem like I was too early for my appointment, so even after being early, thus on time, I still waited 30 mins after my actual appt time while watching others who arrived after me go in. Even after saying I needed to reschedule there was no reassurance that I would see him soon.
The receptionists are rude, and didn’t even answer my question on the wait time. There is a total lack of respect for peoples time.
Not to mention you need to talk to them with a mask on through a glass wall in a noisy office. They can’t hear you but the entire waiting room can lol
Will be looking for a new allergist, not because of Dr.Feanny but because of his staff.

worst receptionist. They called me once to reschedule my appointment since I was unable to answer they cancelled my appointment. The day of the appointment I show up to my appointment which I still believed was scheduled and they told me they’ve rescheduled it without me knowing, entirely wasting my time, for I had to drive there when they could’ve called me an hour before my appointment to tell me that they moved it. I have now been referred to a different doctor and I will no longer be attending this facility. Also, they never seem to answer their phones when they have six receptionist at the desk at all times.

I brought my son to see Dr. Feanny for his Alergy test. I'm always a bit nervous bringing my son for Doctor appointments because he has ASD and he gets upset during them. But Dr. Feanny was so great with him from the start, playing games and making jokes, he made it a fun experience for him. My son made it through, smiling and laughing the whole time. And we were in and out within 25 minutes, including test and results . He is a real pro and so knowledgeable! Thank you!

Dr Feanny is awesome 👌 He is excellent with kids and has any years of experience, which definitely helps with the process. They are quite good with time management and I never had to wait for long prior to seeing him.
