It was our first time visiting Great India. Their food is fantastic. We had the butter chicken and chicken coconut korma. Sooooo good!
Garlic naan is really good. I would stay away from the garlic cheese naan unless you are ordering it for the kiddos.

We took goat biriyani and lamb biriyani. The lamb biriyani was okay. But the goat biriyani was worst! The rice was full of “tomato soup” and too much powdered spice. I can feel the unmixed spice grains. When we asked the waiter to do something about it he said they wouldn’t do anything. We just ate our lamb biriyani and left the goat biriyani as it is. I don’t know how can they be so unprofessional.
If it were possible to leave zero stars, this would be a zero star review.
We had such a negative experience with Great India that we will never do business with them again and we will no longer make our catering orders through them.
Today we ordered curry pakoras and we discovered a chicken piece in our curry pakoras.
My wife called in to report this, as we do not eat meat, and the lady who initially helped us was very apologetic and offered to replace it if we could come pick it up.
We were shortly thereafter called back by a man who tried to infer that my wife lied about the chicken and tried to mansplain that it couldn’t possibly be from his kitchen because all their chicken pieces are larger than two inches.
If management reaches out and makes this whole experience right I will edit this review, until then we will never order from this restaurant ever again and we will be urging those we know to also refrain from doing business with great India llc.
I will not allow you call my wife a liar, I will not allow you to call me a liar, and you can expect further reviews across platforms.

This might be the best Indian food I’ve had in Salt Lake City. We got chicken tikka Marsala, butter chicken, garlic naan, and samosas. The butter chicken in particular was so flavorful and delicious! The samosas are also huge! Definitely recommend!
Hands down the best Indian restaurant in the Salt Lake area. As someone who’s spent time in India I have high standards and this is personal favorite. Chicken coconut korma, tikka masala and garlic naan were phenomenal. Definitely will be returning!
Great Indian food . Very clean place and attentive staff . I’m glad they open on Sundays . The mango juice was delicious 😋
Loved their dishes! Mainly the tika masala - whether it’s chicken or shrimp or fish, it’s delicious. Their in-house garlic naan is delicious, and my favorite of all- Goat Curry-. don’t be afraid to get the medium level of spicy- it’s not bad, it’s just a light burn- which brings out the flavor more. Next time I’m getting small the dishes in medium level rather than mild.
