There was so many choices to choose from and we chose Panarpttis and we were not disappointed. friendly staff and the food was good 👌 I would recommend them to anyone.
Good day.we had a lunch as Steers Staff members from different stores today at Panarottis Capegate .we were welcomed in warm way that i myself had to copy the experience as i am in the same industry.we got served by one of your best waiter Rose .She made sure everyone got exactly what they ordered .happy face and smiles all the way .on behalf of Steers Family we appreciate your service 😎.hope to see you again next of nextweek the other team is coming again .lots of love .all the team behind the kitchen that i cant mention names .and the manager aswell not sure her is Stephan .thank you 🫶
My family and I came for lunch here today (we regularly come and are always impressed), but today, I witnessed something extra. The lady named Stephanie was a true ambassador, greeting guests, cleaning, arranging tables, thanking patrons as they left...I'm sure that's expected but she wore many hats and must be commended for sterling service. What impressed us most is at lunchtime the restaurant was packed and some people waiting to be seated left upon which Stephanie ran into the food court to invite them back as she personally cleared a table for them making us feel more like family than just customers. We watched for a while at her tireless energy and dedication to serving her guests. This is the best Panarottis we've been to and will return just because of Stephanie (who didn't even serve us but made us feel special as to how she treated everyone she made contact with). Well done Stephanie you are a rare find in the industry.
Great food, but waiting more than an hour for pizza with only a few people in the restaurant. The general service was also poor.

We were treated to a great meal and served by a waiter with a huge smile. We will continue to support this place if their standards are kept as it is!

My first visit left much to be desired. The food was great and I enjoyed my pasta. Service was slow, we had to keep calling our waiter to assist us. The atmosphere and decor is definitely spot on, it would make for a great first date venue 🙂. If the service can be improved then the experience would be even greater.
The main attraction right now is the state of the art play area. Sadly the area is quite small but well equipped for the kids. Also they have a child minder with the kids. I had a good experience and was very happy on that regard. Coming to food, panarrotis as a whole has dropped the standard. Their pizza are never crispy enough. The base is always too thick for my liking and they add too much cheese.
