Food was perfect but service was bad, literally bad the waiter was out of space. She mixed order which led to my wife ended up not eating because her meal was mixed up and never delivered to her.
It's a good place but needs professionalism or manager has to take into account that staff doesn't mix order or find someone to check on the tables to make it a point that the experience we got doesn't repeat itself,unless they are used to this kind of experience.

I have called customer care ,spoke to consultant,still waiting on a call.i baught cheesy potatatoe shots was terrible ,please follow up ,email inbox is full,pizza was dry and too much onions.

Just dined at Panarotti’s for the first time and was most impressed with the service. What lovely workers. I had the panarotti pizza and the Alfredo pasta. Unfortunately, my Alfredo pasta was a bit off (didn’t taste so good) and we told our server who consulted with her manager. The manager came over to apologize us and offered us another food item. As a person who has worked in the food industry it’s these moments that I remember because it’s all about how you handle them and recover from them. While I’m not crazy about the food, I’d come back just for the service.

Absolutely love the new venue, food was great as always and the service we received from Hannah our waitress was awesome. Hannah is hands down the best waitress we have experienced at any restaurant and gives off a vibe of genuinely looking after her customers. Well done Hudsons and Hannah.

If you’re looking for an amazing pizza, you have to visit this place. I love that they also offer the Banting cauliflower base with their pizza. I really enjoyed my meal. The pastas are also great. Keep up the great service!

Always out of core ingredients plus very poor service delivery. Waited an hour until my order was confirmed, add another 50 minutes until my order was in my hands..I called twice to check my order and was lied to about it..driver out for deliveries kanti nooo, he went to Steiloop, order is ready kanti they only started with it18 minutes before it came...

Del Forno Sunninghill is conveniently located in the Chilli Lane on Top centre, which overlooks Sunninghill. It is wedged between Spur and Dischem and offers great weekday deals on pizzas and pastas. They are child friendly and have comfortable seating. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff pleasant. Apart from being on Uber eats, they have their own app through which you may place orders and score even better deals on their menu items. If you're in the area, go check them out!
We received extremely helpful and friendly service at Hudsons in Kloof this week. Our waiter, Jordyn (sp), was cheerful, helpful, and informative. The food was impressive, and I definitely feel we received value for our money. Will definitely be back soon.

I came a very long way to support this local business, I ordered a half gheema steak and half sweetchilli chicken large with a small seafood. We waited a really long time, but I was very excited for the food, when I got home I noticed that the Gheema steak was like a curry on a pizzas, the sweet chilli was literally sweet chilli not sweet chilli flavored and the seafood was just frozen seafood mix cooked on a base, for the price it was horrible, and as the items are very filling, we could not complete in one sitting, so guess what there had to be a round 2! Neve again!!!

Most horrible and tasteless pizza ever. I bought a meat triple decker and got home opened the box there i find 3 loose pizzas with a few grains of mince on the center piece. The macon and jalopeno has slot of creamy and no macon. Never again to visit this debonairs

Me and my girlfriend went there today to grab something to eat. A kitchen staff member was sent to us to tell us that a table moved away from us because we kissed and held hands. Yes there is gay/lesbian couples in our world today!!! Why be told to not be yourself in a public restaurant. Dont know why we were told that the other customer was not happy to see that, we were customers as well??? A manager did not attend the matter. The most disrespectful place ive ever been at. Get your act together. You live in the 20th century!!!!
Some of the best pizza we've ever had. I've placed orders three times already and we haven't been disappointed. Their pizza base is thin and the crust is always cooked so well. We haven't ordered from anywhere else since we discovered Italoven pizza!!!
Negative 5 stars!!! This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that I've placed an order and they FAILED TO DELIVER!! Without so much as an apology, notification or what it actually feels like: GFY! We order at least once a week, sometimes up to 4 times a week - only because my daughter loves debonairs pizza. I think the service is a joke & the food is mediocre at best. (I'm really CHEESED off) The app accepts order, tracking shows that their pizza chefs are slicing (their shift) and dicing (home)!!! I'd advise everyone to rather try andiccio24 they're 24hrs and promt! Curse you debonairs!!! You've lost a loyal customer with a large network to protest and boycott your business! Nobody messes with my daughter!!!

What an experience one of the best Pizzas that I've tasted.I bought a Ghiema Pizza.service was excellent he place was busy.and my kids enjoyed it .I will go back again.

My mom and I regularly visit Panarottis N1 City for breakfast. Their prices are reasonable, a variety of breakfast options, including the best breakfast pizza ever. Their food tastes great. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Best customer service ever.
We have ordered pizza from this place 3 times so far and their pizza is honestly the best I have had in a long time. Their prices are very affordable if compared to the size and value that you get. The base is not too thick and not to thin. They offer a wide variety of pizzas and pastas. Thry deliver free of charge within Brackenfell. Very friendly delivery drivers. I can highly recommend this pizza place for pizza.
If I could give zero stars I would, after over 2 hours of waiting, my pizza never arrived. I called in to find out how long it would be and I was put on hold. The service is horrendous. Pizza never arrived.

18:50 on a Saturday evening, out of stock on all lines. Unheard of in peak service time on a weekend. Now, always supporting local hospitality is my thing, but I'm always disappointed in the lack of application and follow through in this "local" market. Come on folks! Surely we can do better than this? Acquire and maintain the client...

Italoven Pizzeria in Brackenfell is a pizza lover's dream come true. The wood-fired pizzas are absolutely delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors and a crispy crust. The cozy ambiance and friendly service add to the overall experience. A must-visit for authentic and mouthwatering pizza!

I love Mehanos pizza, I have been a customer since they first opened up in Athlone. Sheyda is on my speed dial and is always ready to assist. I must however state that the kebabs are not worth trying at all, bad bad bad!!! Stick to the delicious pizza!
The pizza is the winner so far, scrumptious, with a crunchy thin base, yet juicy with fresh ingredients, the service is also great. I'll order again, it was my 1st time today. Very impressive and quite reasonable, 👏👏

I waited an hour for a dry triple decker pizza, I was told there was no mashroom so they replaced it with green pepper,how’s that even possible. It wasn’t even my first time getting peppers in that pizza and never mushrooms so it means they just don’t stock mushrooms. It was my last time buying pizza from them🚮

Average pizza (rating reduced from 5 stars to 3). Generous with the toppings - late 90's "Pizza Time" style, wood-fired pizza. Unfortunately the base is a let down - gummy/rubbery at best; raw and almost inedible at worst. Order in advance (telephonically or via their WhatsApp line) as waiting times are generally long. My recommendation: the gheema steak pizza.

Ordered via Bolt. After 2 hours I fetched the pizza myself. Pizza bases were raw and the Chicken Tikka was squirts of chilli sauce on a pizza. Gheema looked like tiny black dots on the dry pizza. Their large is by no means large. Disappointed never again .The owner blamed wifi for late order but did not once apologise
I ordered two medium pizzas, a coke and a dessert with extra chillies and a energade. They brought me the same flavor pizza and didn't bring me energade. I called waited for a hour. There was a fly in one piece of my pizza it's so disgusting 🤢 I took pictures to think we are regular customers that order online. Sorry to say but I will never eat debonairs pizza u just lost a loyal customer . The guy that answered sayed he can't do anything about it and yet I'm still waiting for me energade. Had a birthday party here for our kids 1st birthday. Very friendly and accommodating and nice little playroom for the kids. (They allowed us to bring our own cake) they did bring her ice-cream and sing for. Food was good as always.
We have the breakfast here every time. It's really just delicious. Lately we have had spirit coolers. And found it to be a refreshing beverage if you are looking to have something cool.

Very reasonably priced. I ordered a large garlic cheese pita, was ok tasting.
Long line. 1 cashier we all in the line tells customers she is busy.. The manager is standing next to her with what looks like admin.... No customer service or urgency.
Ordered 2 large pizza's & one meat triple decker only to find out that the triple decker might as well have been a regular large pizza. It is so thin & not fulfilling at all... it was so flat a total waste of money really, not like it was once before. Im sorty to say that I Won't be wasting my money on that again... unless there's some major improvement on the item, like one massively of an improvement!

This little treasure next to Economic Motor Spares will be feeding generations to come with their special edition of pizzas. Their pizzas are not typical that you'd expect from the large pizza franchises, but rather unique. Don't forget they have those R5 pizzas too!

Today, I decided to order some take-out from this eatery, as I have had a busy day with my toddler sick at home. I ordered, a pasta dish and a chicken kebab. I rate them 1 only because I ordered online with Mr. Delivery because the food arrived within the specified time.
Firstly, the pasta was completely over spiced, you just couldn't make out what was being eaten, and the pasta was far and few few in between, dry, cold and no melted cheese!!!! The kebab was even more disappointing! 1 tiny kebab, flavorless, with a dump of baked beans on a roti/naan (couldn't make out what exactly it was!)
To pay so much money, and get this as a meal was shocking!!! Eventually I ended up cooking, tried to salvage the meal, and gave it away to kids that knocked on the door for a bite to eat.
Both dishes cost well over a R100. Wasted so much money.
Guaranteed that I will never make this mistake again!

Reduced from a solid 4 stars to 2. Pizza is almost inedible now. A few months ago, I was raving about this place. The pizzas are now utterly disgusting! Sloppy, tasteless, with an oily base and overcooked toppings. Such a shame... They were building a good reputation.

Debonairs vangate is not alright and the pizza u saved me is not what I see even on your flyers or even instore menu. If it was like this I would never buy.the pizzas are of different sizes and the base is hard as a biscuit I cant even imagine eating such a rock.

Belgravia Road branch Saturday 14 May... I frequent the Grassy Park branch so I'll only comment on what GP does better. Service... The young lady at the counter needs to put her phone away and speak to the customer. Collected an order but paid and wasn't sure how much longer it would take. She could also do with serious training on basics of customer interactions. Food... Cheese doesn't really melt, no sundries tomatoes on the Mexican. Excluding the cheese issue, the Singaporean and Chita were good.
Was so looking forward to this experience, the first time trying out this particular del forno .. most of the things we ordered were great however a friend that ordered the steak dish got violently ill from food poisoning which soured the entire experience.. it's a shame cause I definitely would have went back. The waiter was also super friendly.

This is the third time we have had installations done by Italoven. These were at 3 different properties and their service, quality of work and professional approach cannot be faulted. From quotation stage, dealing with their office through to the installation team... all perfect. Only a pleasure having work done by them. Thanks Cedric and team.

I will lay down my reasons for rating a single star. First the telephone order was down. Second even though the store clearly claims to make orders online, the online system was not working. I tried booking online for hours without success and no one even put up an apology on the website.
The store was neat and tidy and the staff seemed friendly although slow with their service. It gave me the impression the were not very enthusiastic about their work.
Finally the pizza took a while to get ready.
While the pizza was standard and service elementary, I feel justified that a single star is well deserved.
Finally if you want to get yourself a pizza I would rather you make an in person visit. Do not trust last minute orders here you could be disappointed.
