great experience.My wife had a severe problem of L5 S1 since 7 years.Dr. waleed shamy did the micro discectomy for her.a real profeasional doctor with great surgical skills.i would like to appreciate him for this sincere approach toward his patients and for sure recommend him for other to consult him for their nurological issues.

After my surgery, for post-op Rehabilitation session I experienced very nice and humble instructor Foton saatı in physiotherapy department... Really I appreciate her efforts to help me for my speedy recovery. She is very hard working and honest with her work and patients... I am very thankful to her. Jazzakallah khair.
Had a great experience. Dr Mohamed Abdelgawad Elshae was extremely caring and helpful. He patiently listened to my problem and then performed the procedure while trying to make sure the pain was minimal. He was extremely compassionate. Highly recommend seeing Dr Elshae. He is a genuinely nice human being.
The worst hospital and hospitality ever my parents was not given a single drop of water for 12hrs we are from india, nobody was there to take care of my father. they tied my father hand even my father was co operative, they went for umrah, my father was alone in ICU and my mother was not allowed to enter in ICU, father was all alone and thirsty nobody was taking care. They are not ready to discharge, treatment is worst. Staff was not there and nobody was listening to the patient they treated patient as an animal not allowing any family member to enter in ICU, patient was feeling cold with AC a small blanket was provided which is not sufficient. Doctors are on leave emergency doctor behaviour is not good. The worst hospital ever.

On 27oct2023 My father Mr Mumtaz khan was shifted to this hospital. I am constantly connected with my parents they went for umrah. Poor facility was provided by the staff no doctor was available, no food no water no staff was guiding. They took my father in ICU and both the hand were tied even my father telling them please don't do that they tied there hand nobody was listening there, it's very hurtful for me. People of the blessed city are doing like that, they are not ready to discharge my father, thankfully my father was discharged if he stays there even for one night, I can't imagine what could they have done with my father.

I have operation hayat National hospital. Dr Mohammad abdel jawad Consultant General surgery and he is done very good. I am very happy with they are service hospital and doctors.
