Disgraceful post sales service or replacement for faulty goods. Bought new TV 6 weeks ago for 89 yr old mum. Asked for replacement due to fault. Answer no - you only have 30 days from date of sale and should be advised of policy then. We weren’t. Read TrustPilot reviews on them 1.8 from almost 200 reviews.

A lovely store to look around and shop. Not many department stores left. It looked very Christmassy all areas were were easy to get around, it was very clean and tidy. Nice cafe, lovely coffee and cake.

Nice shop. Q carparks nearby and there is its own car park. Next to Liverpool one bus station. They have at this time of year quality street stand on ground floor which you can select your own favourites from a selection of quality street sweets. If you don't have my John Lewis card you have to have 3 types of quality street sweets. Tin casts £15. You can refill a tin if you have one which makes it slightly cheaper

I entered the store to hear and buyl a blue tooth speaker .The have the market leaders on display to look at and listen to. I was ignored the whole of the time l was in store looking at the different devices. After a good 15 minutes nobody came near me. So me and my money left the store.

Love John Lewis they had great sale bargains in ladies designer dresses this weekend and they had beautiful glassware in eye catching displays. John Lewis is just across the road from Albert Dock within Liverpool One's seaward side

Always enjoy coming to John Lewis shopping. It’s so clean and they have the most amazing selection of things. They have also added some cool kid’s entertainment stuff to keep the little ones happy.
