The Kelvin

Every time I go downstairs to get packages, Marwan always goes the extra mile to look for packages that haven’t yet been logged. He is very kind and personable, which makes it easy to approach him for help. He is always offering treats to residents if he has some to share. Today, he pointed me to the hot chocolate which I’ve been craving for a while, and it was a relaxing warm drink to have after a long day. Thanks Marwan for always having a smile on your face! :)

The events have been great, the staff has been nice and the front desk are lovely. Events usually have signs around and calendars to let’s us know when they are happening with times in then elevator, never really been an issue. They have always been welcoming and accommodating.

Amazing building and friendly community, I love it here. Thesa and all the staff are the best. They are like family at this point. So glad I picked this building. Free Concerts!

I recently moved into The Kelvin and had a wonderful move-in experience. I worked with Thesa on choosing an apartment, lease signing, key pick-up, etc. and received excellent customer service throughout the entire process. I am so happy with my new apartment, the building, amenities, and especially service from the leasing office and concierge.

This building is the best. I lived here for 8 months and it was amazing. Amenities, events, prices, and the location everything is perfect. If i'll move to DC, I'm gonna live here again for sure. There is only one thing I did not like which is the leasing office team; they take a long time to answer your questions. You need to follow up with them till you get the response otherwise is incredible.

This building is the best. I lived here last year and could not be happier with my time at the Kelvin. The amenities and the staff are incredible. The rooftop view is to die for. I honestly miss living here so much. If I ever move back to D.C., I would definitely try to move back in!! Never a single problem and the community page is amazing for buying/selling furniture. I miss it!!

Been living here 8 months. Really enjoying it. Super convenient to the metro, bike share, plenty to do around the area, great gym, great amenities. Staff are wonderful- super communicative if there are any building-wide announcements and very accommodating. Marwan at the front desk is excellent! You can hear the ballpark/bullpen on game/concert days but I personally like the buzz in the air. There are also apartments that face the other direction which lessens sound effects!
