This is an absolute hidden gem. Lived here for 3 years and was absolutely amazing. Nice, clean, quiet, breathtaking water views and right on the park. I specifically waited until i moved out to post this because i didnt want people to know about it and drive up the price :)
Super clean, quiet and great spot for food any time of the day. Security is on top of things and makes sure the place is kept clean and safe.
