Costa Coffee

Delicious coffee and desserts, but I would like more cleanliness - the tables were not cleaned.

Very bad experience. I ordered through take away. They didn’t have half of the food I ordered so they called me to change them. When it arrived it was missing food. I called them and the guy who called me back after asking for refund tried to trick me to do another order, pay one more item that he named it “free” plus delivery again just to send me the stuff that was missing and i had ALREADY paid for. That wasn’t compensation in an order of 50lv that they did so many mistakes with. Plus the preparation time took almost 2 hours… not even a restaurant does that long. Very disappointed. I won’t recommend it to anyone.

The tables were very, very dirty. The coffee is as good as every other Costa Coffee. It is very convenient though because you can make a shopping brake here.

Latte-toblerone in fact is very sweet cocoa with whipped cream. It has no espresso, feel cheated.
No one socket for charging as well

Coffee is good. The crowd is not really friendly.
I recommend that them take a course on how to deal with customers.

What a disgusting disappointment!
Quote from the staff: „We cannot serve your order on porcelain, since we have no dishes left today.“ This is simply not acceptable for the prices they are asking!
