Jupiter polyclinic was a very good experience for me.Staff was very helpful and well coordinated. I went to Dr. Grace who was very kind and helped give proper advise.Neatness is very good and tidy

Dont ever go to this Clinic and lose your life. Doctors and staff here are very unprofessional. My brother did a dental surgery and after two months he had a infection because they did the operation in wrong way. when we call them they skipped our calls they said they are not responsible for the operation and they stopped us from meeting the doctor. Please dont go to this clinic unless you want to die

Recently consulted with Dr Balaji and it was nice experience and love the way he treating patience, specially he will not advise you to take unnecessary medication like other clinics do in Dubai. and charge are minimal when compared to market.

customer care, reception and enquiry dept should be little bit professional and responsible. Really disappointed

The wait is too long. Place is small and crowded. I took an appointment for Dr. Which was a night mare as she is available either morning or afternoon only. Morning only 3 hrs for 9 to 12. They need to invest in a good full time Dr. She is not working on Friday and Sunday I think

After taking an appointment for 5 of finally trying over a week. I waited in line to be handed a token of 3 people ahead of me. I fail to understand if I have an appointment at 5 and Dr. has come while I m in line and starts at 5.00 so why did I need to take an appointment?

Ofcourse I left they called me at 6.30. Really did u expect me to sit for a 5 o clock appt till 6.30?

Dr. Grace, Pediatrician is a humble soul who interacted very kindly with my daughter. She is a very patient listener and provides clear advice in terms of medication and general remedies.

The clinic is on the 2nd floor of the building and you can find parking spaces around it.

The reception staff could be a bit more professional which could be an area to improve.
Their pharmacy doesn't cover insurance medications but was informed that it will be set up soon.

Will visit again surely.

I was recommended Dr.Grace pediatrician by my friend, and have to say, very much satisfied with her. As a new parent , grace ma'am has always given good advice and explains any doubt if needed. A good clinic and nice staff in my experience

We love Dr Grace , My son(6 years now) has been visiting her since birth .. trust her completely. She is extremely warm, understanding and takes her time to explain and answer any questions that you may have as parents. She is very sweet to my son and he loves her. Thank you doctor for your support. HIGHLY recommended.
