Bad experience from the staff customer service and including the nurse of the pediatrician (15-10-23). The doctor's timing was till 9:30pm and I came at 8:50pm after a telephone conversation with the Aster call center. Even though they had very few patients and we were ready to wait till the last patient but the nurse did not have any humanity to consult a child below three years old who had a high fever. We asked her so many times to speak to the doctor to consult but she refused.
Very nice and friendly Doctor Akta Trivedi. There is a lot of improvement in my Bell's Palsy condition with her treatment and also suggesting physiotherapy for fast recovery.
She listens to all our queries and treats accordingly. I would definitely recommend her.

My favourite clinic ever since I moved to Qusais. The staff are friendly. I had an overwhelmingly happy experience with Dr. Imran, the Pulmonologist. He really deserves an appreciation as he waited till my results were out to give me the basic analysis and also called me via phone the next day to give the final analysis of the medical tests run. I have never experienced such patient driven service in any clinic and hence felt very happy and wanted to share my positive experience with Aster.
All my visits have been extremely pleasant. Staff, customer service and doctors are the nicest you can ever meet. They are sitting there to make patients lives easy and comfortable. Special thanks to Dr Mehnaz for being the best doctor we have ever come across in UAE and customer relation officer Albie.
