One Parking

DO NOT PARK HERE!!!! Normal parking garages charge you from the time you park, until you leave. This parking garage charges you each day, regardless of when you arrived. We got here on a Saturday at 4:38 pm and we left Sunday at 10:30 am. Our ticket said 18 hours, not 24 hours, but they said that it didn’t matter, we had to pay each calendar day. The assistant did absolutely nothing to help and we had to ask multiple times to speak to Mike, the manager. All he did was make the situation worse and instead of helping us he insisted that we were wrong and there was nothing that could be done. After speaking to him on the phone for almost 5 minutes, we just walked away and decided to pay the $40 so we could be done with the situation. No where on the signage does it explain this and that’s exactly how they keep getting business. It’s a scam and we will NEVER park here again.

Sign said $20 for 24 hours but charged us $40 when we were there less than 17 hours
