Hugo is a empathic PT, he knows when and how to push you - so you can be your best. Safety is his number one priority in the current environment. He is sound practitioner.

Hugo's a fantastic PT. He helps push me to my limits, and achieve my goals. He mixes up every work out with different exercises and always keeps it fresh.

Started seeing Hugo a couple years ago and have been really impressed with the training. He pushes me hard and teaches me exercises and routines to do. He's very knowledgeable and always changes up the workouts to keep them enjoyable and productive.

I've been training with Hugo for over 12 months and quite simply, with his help he has helped me achieve my goal.

Hugo is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and fun.

He designs and tailors the sessions around me and listens and changes it up when things are feeling right.

On a recent note, during COVID when gyms were closed, he pivoted and we did our workouts outdoors so I was always moving towards my goal.

I've been training with Hugo for over 1 and a half years and he has always kept me motivated, helped me with my strength (I was at level couch potato when I started, lol) and also helped me with a very bad shoulder through strengthening my back. Totally recommend him, he will also teach you how to count in Spanish! I love the gym where he is based now, so private and COVID Safe!

Hugo is absolutely amazing, he definitely knows his stuff and makes you feel very comfortable with all the exercises, he gives a lot of attention to the technique and makes sure you master it so that you don.t injure yourself.

I've never felt stronger which is amazing Highly highly recommended.
