I highly recommend the Loco HQ crossfit gym, which for me is the best on the Gold Coast ! More than just a club, it's a real family that welcomes you and makes you feel good! The equipment is top quality and the coaches are always there to guide you and explain the moves and the work of the day. A special mention goes to Paco's 3 daughters, who are already real champions in their teens and make you want to surpass yourself 💪. It's the ideal place to let off steam after work, challenge yourself, get back into sport or simply have a great time with friends. Exceeding your limits and good spirits guaranteed!

I absolutely love training at Loco. The coaches live and breath what they teach and are super passionate about what they do.
There is a wide range of fitness levels, skills and capabilities. No one is left behind. I love that it isn’t your typical gym filled with 20 year olds in full make up spending more time on Insta than lifting weights!
If you want to hit PB’s or just train with a fun bunch of people Loco is the place for you! Loco for life!

Loco HQ is the place to be on the GC. I am GC born and bred and have been to a lot of gyms here but nothing that truly felt like home and pushed me to my limits. It embraces a family-oriented atmosphere and offers exceptional workout programs. What sets this gym apart is its dedication to providing a welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Loco has an incredible range of workout programs designed to cater to families, ensuring that each member can achieve their individual fitness goals while bonding together. The head coach is an absolute force of nature, bringing an infectious energy and passion to every session. Paco's crazy yet effective coaching style motivates and pushes me to new limits, leaving me feeling accomplished and excited to return for more. The same can be said about Annette and Mish who support and motivate you, ensuring correct form and technique.

Loco's commitment to family fitness is truly commendable. They offer a variety of group classes that cater to all age groups, making it a breeze for families and individuals to work out together and have fun in the process. The amenities and facilities are top notch offering a comfortable place to workout and socialise. I've been at Loco HQ for 6 years and I am challenged with new workouts each week.

Such a fun and supportive place to workout! I’ve been training with Paco and the crew at Loco for the last 5 months and absolutely love it.

Workouts are a challenge, the coaches keep you motivated and give knowledgeable advice and instructions. Sessions cater for all fitness types with modifications for whatever your ability (or if you just want to have a lazy day, that’s ok!).

The gym is more than just a place to workout, it’s a community you want to be a part of.

An amazing environment for sure one of most incredible gyms I’ve ever been too. A place for all levels and goals. I am still learning and I can't wait to improve my results more and more.
