The Torch tower

The waitress at the tea garden was incredibly friendly, explained everything to us and gave us an incredible table with a stunning view.

The food was divine. It's pricey but worth it for the experience.

The manager taking reservations at 360° Restaurant in the morning today was extremely aggressive, racist and impolite. We are cancelling our plan to dine here due to his rudeness. He is not fit to deal with customers from different nationalities. He is also a terrible listener and assuming things on his own.

The overall service is great but the staff responsible of the room (food) service is not helpful and not cooperative at all. I expected better service as the hotel’s service.

The room was modern, equipped with an iPad based in-room solution and featured plush bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. The managers and staff's friendly and hospitable demeanor made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hidden gem!
