before I could even finish a sentence the manger had interrupted me 4 times, and then as I stood my ground and explained her own actions to her she became more and more agitated while also continuing the behaviour and throwing absurd accusations around simple because I mentioned I would be elevating the issue to the next appropriate entity within the hierarchy structure as this was only met with further aggravation of her temperament and further obscene accusations and during this whole process I had to actually tell the manager she was interrupting me and she must allow me to finish 4 different times and I still had not even explained my issue yet, what makes things worse is I was calling in response to the treatment my disabled father received earlier that morning who also requires assistance understanding these sort of things after which "Louise" lashed out a multitude of times over the phone attempting to convince me that my father had never turned up, I do not appreciate being blatantly lied to in an attempt to cover your ignorance with further ignorance all while throwing accusations around in a demeaning and aggravated tone.
further more the manager's verbal statement was in direct conflict of the services mission statement posted on their website, so I requested her verbal statement to be written and emailed to me for record purposes and the manager "Louise" refused this even though it is their legal requirement if they wish to provide a service within the state of NSW.
Very disappointed that this small town mindset has found its way into the most basic of government funded service's, while also being in direct conflict of their own published mission statements, and very disappointed that such behaviour came from a community centre let alone it's manager.
The Ombudsman's closed today so I guess that's something for tomorrow

I like how they got that shells when you first walk in where you can help yourself when you're in need. It's all cupboard items though but it's better than nothing
