Thammada

Came here just before closing one night with a few friends. We ordered the raw salmon dish, the pork belly skewers and the mango with sticky rice. The food was generally really good and offered some unique flavors that you don't normally see at other Thai restaurants (though personally I wasn't a fan of the mango with rice, I thought the salt on the rice was clashing too much with the mango), but the portions were way too small for the asking price. I understand fine dining restaurants doing this, but I didn't get the fine dining restaurant vibe from this place. The waiter was very nice and offered some great suggestions, engaged with us and exchanged with us about food.

We went there on a Friday evening, even though we didn't have a reservation, they still find us a table outside. The food was amazing, very fresh and very delicious. The service was so nice, even though it took a little bit of time (45 min😅) for the main course to come after we had the small plates... I recommend if you want authentic Thai food 😋

Food was delicious. I asked for no additional salt and it was perfect. I ordered the pad Thai and my husband ordered the green curry. His was delicious too and spicy.

We (party of 7) had a great time at Thammada. We sat on the summer terrace, but the inside looked very cute as well. The servers were very attentive and kind, and the food and drinks were honestly SO GOOD. i have eaten at most Thai restaurants in Montreal, and this is my new favourite. We ordered (I think) 7 starters and dishes to share between us, and then a mango sticky rice per person. The dishes are not huge, but I was pleasantly sated. I definitely *could* have eaten more (but then might have felt gross). I'm already trying to figure out when I can next go back!

Celebrated my sister's birthday here with our family and wow. This place is amazing!! From the food, to the service, to the atmosphere. I can't find a single flaw. We loved it so much, we're for sure coming back! Thank you for the excellent experience :)

The reviews made me think this place was gonna be amazing but it was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had in Montréal. It started on a bad note with us being served water on visibly dirty glasses with dirt smudges everywhere. The chicken satay was dry, the other chicken tasted like a bad general tao. The Moon Paper and mango sticky rice were the only saviours that day but they aren’t enough to make us revisit. Not to mention the value you get for the price you pay is not worth the visit.
