Chiang Mai Liberty

I made reservations here for 10 people. It was my partner’s birthday and I wanted something nice with great ambiance etc. It was an entire vibe, we had an amazing time. First, the drinks were great, they tasted fantastic. We probably tried everything on the drink menu at my table. My only thing is that I couldn’t really taste the alcohol. The food was outstanding, full of flavour and very filling. I listed some of the things we enjoyed at the table. I personally ordered the spring rolls, mango salad and chilli chicken which were great. You can make the chilli chicken as spicy as you want. The overall presentation was exquisite! My friends had suck a great time, we were the last people to leave the restaurant. The servers were great! Really funny. There was a mishap with our birthday surprise but we thought it was so funny and a great story to tell.
One thing I didn’t really like was the bathrooms, but it wasn’t that big of a deal to impact rating. They were just smaller. The sink was tiny and not my favourite to use. But I used the washroom once. Lol. It wasn’t that serious.
Overall it was a great service and we would definitely go back.

The service, food, and vibe was amazing at this restaurant. I had the famous pad Thai with shrimp the first time I went to the restaurant and then had chicken pad Thai the second time. Needless to say, both meals were splendid. Our server was also absolutely delightful. She was so nice and always had a smile on her face. She definitely made the visit much better than we anticipated.

The atmosphere alone is enough to place this restaurant at five stars. The staff are extremely friendly, and service is surprisingly quick. The Thai iced tea is very good, a little on the sweeter side though. The Islamic noodles is nothing like I’ve ever had before, beyond exquisite. The Pineapple fried rice with the chili oil is superb. Overall 10/10. Highly recommend not just to the foodies, but to anyone looking for a very good meal. (Plus it’s Halal :D)

Their presentation of each dish is to die for. I could never imagine my curry would come with a pyramid rice. Cocktails are delicious. Also, you cannot miss their Mango Salad! Great great food, awesome service, lovely ambience! My fav Thai restaurant in Toronto! ❤️

Where can I begin? This place was phenomenal oh my god. This certainly just became my favourite restaurant. It certainly knocked over every Thai restaurant I have been to. The food was so vibrant & extravagant! Can we talk about the flavours of each dish? A burst of flavour every single bite. We got three dishes and it was on point to traditional Thai food.

That was just on the flavour I haven’t even touch upon how wonderful their presentation as each dish rolled out. Our cameras definitely got to eat first :) and the cocktails were so pretty and yummy!

Certainly would love to come back and try all everything on the menu and probably the same dishes today because now I am craving it all again! No joke I might go back for my lunch tomorrow LOL

Presentation was amazing at this restaurant but the food was super average.

The green curry lacked flavor and didn’t really taste like anything - we got it with chicken and the chicken was super dry as well.

Pad see ew with beef was a little too salty, and the texture of the rice noodle was hard and it didn’t feel fresh. But perhaps that is a matter of preference.

Crispy fish was meh and chicken wings also lacked flavor.

The best thing on the table was the Tom yum soup, got it with shrimp. A little spicy but generally pretty good.
