I kept calling for a home delivery Nobody receives the call there. You barely get any response from there. 7:30 call or even 12 mid night call, it doesn't matter to them.

I’m regular customer of Megamart past 8 years. Recently I had very bad experience with new cashier boy who is wearing eyes glass.. His behaviour very rude and unprofessional don’t know even customer service 👎👎👎

Highly pathetic and lazy staff. No customer care no etiquettes.Always crosscheck their offer prices. Today they had offer on chiken tempura al areesh for 20.95 aed but in billing they were charging the original price. On enquiring they removed all offers saying its finished. All the staff is busy walking here and there and never available on bakery or veggie section. All the night the cleaner is throwing garbage in trolley makimg sounds.This store shouldn't be allowed to Operate 24/7.
