There is one lady working at the cashier is very rude, I asked her how much I have to pay she scream at me!!! If she doesn't like to work she has to stay at home
All good things but prices are high compared to other supermarkets. Best thing open 24H
I kept calling for a home delivery Nobody receives the call there. You barely get any response from there. 7:30 call or even 12 mid night call, it doesn't matter to them.
They substituted half of the items in my order and sent it for delivery without even telling me.

I’m regular customer of Megamart past 8 years. Recently I had very bad experience with new cashier boy who is wearing eyes glass.. His behaviour very rude and unprofessional don’t know even customer service 👎👎👎

I was very happy when i found out about Grand Barsha, tho I live not very close to it we still manage to visit using our scooter. Just so happen earlier we are no longer allowed to park our scooter where we usually park it. The building security was driving us away like we were dogs.
i humbly ask him where we can park and he started to shout at us and keep on telling that he is profession and its not his problem.
I hope grand barsha management can do action for customer who uses scooter or bike.

After the Recent Expansion of the Store, the movement is now more comfortable and with the addition of more products and variety and I don't feel to go some other store, besides the rates being competitive. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh and in plenty. My favourite Departmental Store for All Buying. God Bless Dubai 🙌.
Highly pathetic and lazy staff. No customer care no etiquettes.Always crosscheck their offer prices. Today they had offer on chiken tempura al areesh for 20.95 aed but in billing they were charging the original price. On enquiring they removed all offers saying its finished. All the staff is busy walking here and there and never available on bakery or veggie section. All the night the cleaner is throwing garbage in trolley makimg sounds.This store shouldn't be allowed to Operate 24/7.

Very Rude Manager name Naushad in this branch very unprofessional, and does not know how to handle one customer who has point of view on their misleading items with packed of 2 items and says 25%. He was saying that these items packaged were not meant for selling of discount. So I said they you should have removed the 25% off from the items nor displayed but he was insisting that NO! This is not for sale at all and not for all the customer so I said, how the customer will know each item of you that not for promo if clearly says 25% off.

He humiliated me in the store and turn his back on me while i am still talking to him. Despite of his unprofessionalism i still purchased the items as single price of AED17.99 but hire someone who is professional and worth to receive monthly pay salary instead irresponsible one.

Polite and Friendly boys out there, just take care of the delivery boy, he eats 1 or 2 dirhams if you didn't ask for it.

One of the worst grocery stores I have ever been in Dubai the price for every product is more and the guy working as cashier he has a more attitude he is rude person he don't no how to deal with the customer
they recently got groceries items like dairy products, juices, canned items, pasta and much more. Now they have ALL what a household needs. Also the prices are much cheaper and affordable than supermarkets like union and spinneys.

The take money to delivery water .. the not delivery water in this hard time ...I don't water nothing in my room the promise me the will delivery . I also pay money ...... I really not happy with there service 😔☹️...it to bad ..
