horrible shop! nasty people with no customer service or basic english. wouldn’t even look for my parcel took me two days for them to give it to me. they were incredibly rude. shop was dirty and stunk

DISGUSTING! Ordered a too good to go order - they gave us out of date food. OUT OF DATE RAW CHICKEN IN A CAN - went out of date in August - 2 months ago!! Called them to complain and they couldn’t have cared less. All the food is out of date so they obviously sell out do date food. AVOID at all costs

Don't send your parcels here. They refuse delivery for no reason. Creates a lot of unnecessary hassle. Avoid.

Just good place to go if you are looking for European food. Some staff are very good and one young lady not so much. But at the end of the day it is OK 👍

Used it as a collection shop. They refuse deliveries if the sender hasn’t put an ‘ECP number’ on the parcel. I’m not sure how clearly this is communicated to senders but I have 3 parcels stuck in purgatory for the last 3 weeks; 2 of them have been rejected TWICE by this shop. One of the parcels actually had this number hand written as part of the address. Between eBay, Hermes, Collect+ and this shop they need to sort it out because this service is an absolute nightmare when this happens, and it’s happening a lot. My advice is do yourself a favour and just get your stuff delivered to your home address or somewhere else - it’s really not worth the hassle. Total joke

They sell a wide variety of east European items at competitive prices, they also have lottery facilities and parcel collection.Support your local business.
