My son (who is 8) gets really excited about his sessions with Kevin, which is huge. I let Kevin know some things my son needed to better understand and he tailors the lesson to include that. They also worked on focusing which is probably my son's biggest problem. I hadn't even brought that up with Kevin, but he just knows my son well enough to know he needs it.
I found the UChicago Career Design Fellowship offered by Mission Collaborative insightful. The Fellowship curriculum is well designed and helped me frame what I was looking for next in a way I had not been able to do on my own. I would highly recommend it.
This isn't just for those wanting to make a career change, but want to figure out how to turn their existing work into something they like more. This process of breaking down one's interests, strengths and weaknesses while researching, brainstorming, and analyzing really created an environment for fresh ideas and clear thinking. It is well organized and easy to go through. The biggest drawback, and the reason I marked it a 4 instead of a 5, is that it somewhat relies on the commitment and quality of others and you can't control that.
If you're ready and willing to invest some time into yourself, this program will help you narrow down what's most important in your next career move. The materials are excellent and the program is extremely well-organized. I highly recommend you participate and I’m so thankful I did!!!

The Career Design Fellowship offers a structured way of helping participants figure out what career ideas to pursue and introduces various resources in that aim. It also provides a support system among its participants to guide each other. Overall it's a unique experience and I've learned from it.
For anyone feeling stuck or at a crossroads in their career, I highly recommend the Career Design Fellowship as a low-risk way to gain some momentum towards making a change. The 4-week program is well structured and offers participants support and feedback via cohort-based weekly team meetings as well as 1:1 accountability partner calls.

SSgt Bono is a great recruiter, she made sure to thoroughly explain the process of joining. I was able to go to MEPS and ship out about 7 months from when I initially spoke with her. A year later I'm proud to be an Airman and looking forward to continue on this journey!
Really a terrific program. For the price of two, maybe three sessions with a career counselor, you learn a process for career transformation and meet several others in the same boat for ideas and support. I'm still in the search, as I'm sure I would be after four weeks regardless, but I feel well prepared and energized for the work ahead.
Honestly best Decisions I have made in my life so far. Came to this location looking for some answers and a couple of months later, I am now an Airman. I also gained my citizenship in a matter of 6 weeks. I am so glad I joined the AF best branch to join, so many benefits, Tuition Assistant, retirement, job security, etc. Love the fact that tech school and BMT are considered college credits towards a degree. Can’t beat all of the benefits that have come into my life since I’ve enlisted. Recruiter Tsgt. Ackermann was able to guide me thru the process and gave me his best advice to navigate thru. I am very happy with AFSC entomology (pest management) tech school was a lot of fun, felt like a college experience. I have meet so many cool and like minded people. Now I’ll be heading to my fist duty station and I really can’t wait. VA here I come 😆

The entire scheduling process with Therapeutic Links was frustrating. I was not sent the Telehealth information for 3 intake appointments. Yes, I had to schedule 3 intake appointments due to incorrect recording of my contact information, rescheduling, and lack of sending me dial in details. The administrative team also rescheduled me with a different therapist than the one I had requested without communicating that change to me. I found their communication and scheduling to be careless and inappropriate, if not harmful for a mental health clinic.

My experience with Anna was truly transformational. From the first meeting, I really felt comfortable with her and just really liked her. Also, with her past legal experience I thought she could understand the difficulties I was having being a litigator and a manager and trying to shift back and forth as needed. However, I got so much more than this understanding and empathy. Anna was able to dive into my auto-responses in relationships, whether with direct reports, friends, or family, and help me identify blind spots that were having a serious effect on the success of these relationships. I was able to dig down deep, find the root, and work on solutions. I was able to come out of my training with a deeper understanding of my own limitations and so many tools to facilitate my growth past them. Our son has had a great few weeks with small group sessions with the coaches at Wolfe. He’s only been skating a d playing for about 2 years and he wanted more one on one type instruction. Wolfe Hockey has managed to commoditize the scheduling of ice hockey lessons, and provides the most customer-forward booking process on the planet! All available lesson slots are posted online — and as long as you book 6 hours in advance, there is no risk of the instructor not showing up. If only scheduling a doctor’s appointment was so simple, patient-centric, and commoditized!

Anna's coaching sessions were very useful for keeping me on track and helping me to stay inspired. Work is always so busy that it can be hard to make time for the important things.
