Body Blitz Spa West

M first time at Body Blitz and it was amaaaazing. The waters are a lovely way to start out and decompress. Better to go with at least one friend so you can enjoy together and have someone to talk to. My treatment was the oceanic clay mud and it was heavenly. Thanks JP! Since this was a gift, I was given a 90-minute massage for the last part of my visit - also excellent and got all the knots out (thanks Pam!) but if you’re going yourself and don’t want to spend that much, you’d be good with just the treatment. Will definitely go again!

This had the potential to be an awesome experience, while the waters were great and I left feeling very relaxed, I was much less impressed with the massage experience. My massage therapist wore latex gloves the entire time, apart from the last 5 mins. My friend who comes here more often said that she hadn't experienced this before. It was not relaxing and took away from the overall experience. However, like I said the waters were a really nice way to relax in the winter and although busy, it was kept very clean.

First time doing a water circuit and I loved it. Facilities are very clean and organized and my skin/hair has never felt better. Customer service is also excellent - I forgot my swimsuit and everyone was very kind and responsive and helped me get it back. Can’t wait to go again!

I really enjoy going to Body Blitz and had gone several times before the pandemic. This was my first time returning post pandemic and it was still very enjoyable. Waters were fantastic, everything was very clean and service was good. However, at the end of my time there I noticed that my bathing suit had been badly bleached. What was once a bright turquoise bathing suit is now a splotchy grey and yellow. I notified the girl at the front desk as I was leaving and was just told "that happens sometimes. Sorry about your bathing suit". Needless to say I am very disappointed that I will now be getting rid of a very expensive bathing suit.

Went here for a personal mental health day, and it was lovely. The staff were all kind and accommodating. The areas were relaxing and clean. I like that you're allowed to talk in the pool area as it feels less pompous than other places while you can still relax and have a lovely experience. I didn't book a treatment, but I might for the next time!

My daughter and I shared a tranquil and luxurious day at Body Blitz Spa. We spent two hours cycling between the various pools and the steam and sauna rooms. So relaxing! It's such an inviting place, very clean, with all the amenities. Robes, towels and slippers provided. Silky lotion, soap and shampoo. The staff are friendly and helpful. From the yummy juice bar to the vanity and change rooms, this was a lovely experience.

This place is incredible! Absolutely loved the waters and doing the circuit they suggest! Relaxing, clean and well maintained space! Melanie was amazing as well.

Highly, highly recommend this place!
