If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had my car for LESS than a year and it was declared a write off because there was just so much wrong with it and it wasn’t worth fixing anymore. It broke down 1 week after having it, it started to rust after 2 weeks & they say they give you a 30 day warranty but did nothing. There was constantly things wrong with the car and when I would go to the garage that THEY work with the problem was NEVER fixed. they claim that the garage checks the cars before sale but the garage confirmed they do NOT check any of the cars before sale. A literal lemon of a car. Avoid at alllll cost.

Overall, very disappointing experience. The gentleman that served me, had little to no sales expertise and zero strategic skills, not to comment on the customer service skills (none). Instead of listing the business advantages, he focused an all the aspects that make the buying proceses difficult. He repeated the phrase “it’s too complicated” more than 5 times. He gave a piece of paper and asked me to wait at home to be contacted by other person of his team…Finally he mentioned they were closed, but the true is that the google ad said they were open. (It all happened in less than 15 min)

At the very end, a woman working on the desk -from finance I believe, approached me with a much better attitude, but claimed her daughter was sick and had to leave.

Really bad customer service experience overall.

Had an appointment 12pm to buy Mazda 5 I made appointment a week ago .When I get there I was told someone else want to buy ot right had driven 2 hours from Trois-Rivieres just for that car with kids .If you have kids do not bring them to this place it's not kids friendly. No customer service 😕. Horrible experience 😢

This dealership is the epitome of a fly by night operation. They requested my Drivers before even checking their fleet of cars. Uhh hello?

Stay away. I'll be filing with the Better Business Bureau as well.

My wife and I bought our first car with Sandra and she was so kind and patient throughout the whole process. She explained everything to us, let us take our time, and eased all of our worries. She is the best and I definitely recommend that you go see her if you’re looking. Her customer service is just 10/10. Thank you so much for everything! ☺️

It was an amazing service. Sandra was very respectful and kind. She really explained a lot of things and went into amazing detail about any inquiry or worry we may have had. She really comforted and calmed our nervousness about purchasing our first vehicle. She worked very hard to get us the car we wanted and worked even harder to make our dreams come true. It was indeed a very human and amazing experience, left with my car the next day too! :)

I’ve always given tremendous value to service and I’ll even gladly pay for it. This company has very poor service and credibility. They posted a BMW X6 for sale on Car Gurus. I called to schedule a test drive. I arrived to my appointment only to have the sales person apologize that the person in charge of test driving is away doing errands. She said it was their mistake but that we can at least do a visual on the car and discuss financing and reschedule a test drive. At first she offered a finance rate of 6.99% (which is very high as opposed to BMW which offered 4.99%). But she said lowest she can go is 6%. I agreed cause I liked the car. I was told that she’d send me an email within the hour to confirm a test drive appointment for the next day. Never got the email. I called the next day and was told that I’d get a call back at noon to confirm the test drive. Never got a call. So I called at 1PM and the same woman said that they have someone else interested in the car and willing to pay the 7% rate and if I’m willing to match it then the car would be mine. I told her that I would never buy a car from a company that plays with their clients this way. This means that even the other who agreed to pay higher would be played around if I would have accepted. Disappointing of a company! Zero credibility, a true waste of my time. Not only did they make me come for nothing the first day but I also had to run after them to buy a car only to be played with and realize all they care about is selling to the highest bidder.

Already they had close to $20,000 profit just in finance over 5 years, but that’s not enough for them.

I’m truly happy I saw who I was potentially dealing with before signing anything with them. Be careful!

Let them keep their car. I’ll stick with credible dealerships.
