JBAB Visitor Control Center

It's one of the Main gates to access JBAB. Please dim your lights, and turn off your windshield wipers when entering at night, or in rain!! This is a military installation. Expect to be checked for ID, and your vehicle may be searched as well. Be polite!

Get here early if you need to get on base and have your sponsors contact info to speed along the process. Could take 10min and could take an hour depending on how many other people are trying to get through. Give yourself some time and go early.

Can't lie, my experience at this place was awfully slow (30+ mins). I signed the sheet at the desk and waited and waited and waited while people that came in after me came thru and left. Until I asked the guy at the desk, what's going on, he guided me to the spot/area and told me to take a seat which he failed to do initially. When I was finally seen, it took like 5 mins to be processed thru.
