The store is great but they just don't have any help right now couldn't find a associate to ask if they had something in my size in the back

Not happy. Advertise BOGO all over the store. Reminded of it by the very helpful staff. Pick two pairs, stand in line on no tax holiday Sunday, get to register and first words out of her mouth are "you're aware that HeyDudes aren't part of the BOGO aren't you?" NO I wasn't or I wouldn't gave spent 20 minutes finding a pair I liked in my size! Put up a sign!

Manager (Essence) was rude and impatient when customer didn’t understand shoe sizing, then customer’s husband called to complain about the treatment received, and manager was rude again.

This manager is also condescending, degrading and a flat out bully to associates on the floor.

We will not be returning to this location, and will inform friends and family that they should not shop this location either.

Nice prices and assortment. Beware that not everything is part of the deals and some of the deals require signing up for their club, meaning giving up your email address. Having been warned, you can find some good deals in there.

So place the lady kept following me around the store. I would be looking for a size and would move on she would come behind me and move the boxes. I told her she missed the whole shelves behind me. I felt uncomfortable so I left i will not return
