jessi was so sweet to work with! she was super personable. i’ve used EWC for nearly a decade now so i didn’t have any pre-wax jitters, but i know if someone was totally new to it, jessi would def help them feel comfortable
#EWC on university place, NYC. Clean. Reception is always a pleasure. Love talking with #Cynthia, my wax specialist. She’s thorough and quick. With all of our talks the time goes by fast. She even takes out the ingrown hairs on my lower legs if the wax didn’t completely remove it.

I love Olivia she’s professional. I was nervous for my first time. Olivia made sure I was comfortable and explained the process every step of the way. She also made good recommendations for care after. In addition was given some samples to help. I was extremely pleased with the overall results. I highly recommend her. I will be back for my next follow up! ☺️
I’ve been seeing Olivia for a while and she is great! Great personality and takes care to take care of those delicate areas. The staff overall is super helpful and friendly. Canceling and rescheduling is made very seamless.
