My first trip to Casablanca. This is in the middle of nowhere, but it was nice.
The hotel rooms are old and in need of upgrades. However, it was a great deal for the low prices they charge. We received a flyer in them mail that gave us by one night and get a second night for free.
The casino was on the small side when comparing it to Las Vegas casinos. However, they have a great selection of slot machines. They have the modern newer machines. Many are penny denomination, but they have a fair number of quarter and dollar machines. The best part (for me) is that they have LOTS of old style, low Volitility machines.
They have lots of Top Dollar, Double Diamond, Triple Star and similar slot machines. For those who like these, you'll be delighted. If you like the newer style machines, they have plenty of this too.
They have a very nice pool to take a break from gambling and take a dip to cool off.
They have free entertainment with some pretty good bands to listen to and maybe cut a rug.
If you're looking for a change from the big Vegas casinos, you should take a drive and explore this casino.

Wake up and smell the coffee at the restaurant because the tea is 4.00 a glass. Pretty spendy for people spending money in there slots.Service was good until the waiter disappeared. We sat 20 min waiting for our bill and finally had to find someone else to help. Slots and service is better in Reno slots here are pretty tight. No real perks like Reno for your players card.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! We booked the Viana for our wedding block! The staff was so kind and accommodating when it came to anything we needed.
We worked with Erin who made sure not only our stay was perfect, but she also made sure my guests were happy as well. She checked in with me to see if there was anything else I needed. She answered all my emails within 5 minutes. Erin literally went above and beyond. So easy to work with. I had no worries! I knew I was in great hands.
The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. We ate there the night before the wedding. Our family and friends ate there as well, and they were all raving!
After our wedding, we had an open bar and ordered food through the restaurant. The staff checked in every couple hours and updated us on the bar tab so there were no surprises. The bartenders and waiters were AMAZING! Friendly and very attentive.
We had brunch the next day and all of our guests raved about the hotel and food!
During checkout, Takir, the general manager was in the lobby. He greeted all my guests and asked how their stay was.

We booked my son's wedding block here because it was close to his wedding venue at Soundview caterers in Bayville. After checking out a few of the hotels nearby, we chose the Viana because it was clearly not a typical chain hotel. We have had three weddings in the past few years and this is by far our favorite. The bridal suite was perfect and the staff set up a surprise for after the wedding in the suite. Some of our guests loved the pillows and linens so much, they ordered them for their own homes. Erin and Alexis were extremely helpful every step of the way. We also have to mention that the entire staff was so friendly and helpful. We wound up having the goodbye brunch the day after the wedding at the Viana. The room was beautifully decorated and our guests really enjoyed the buffet. The service was amazing and they made sure the food was hot and replaced when running low. They also did not rush us out of the room when our time was up. Erin and Alexis continued to be helpful even after all the guests had left. The bride forgot a few things and they were able to find everything. The Viana is truly a first class experience!

This is the location where I signed up for my membership. Yesterday I went in and was very specific about how I wanted the massage and Eddie my therapist understood my needs. It was a great experience and he was very attentive and professional thank you!

Alicia gave the most incredible massage, taking her time and working out every one of the awful knots in my neck, shoulders and back. People usually give up because I have so many, but Alicia patiently put everything she had into working through my tension, giving me such tremendous relief I wanted to cry tears of joy! Definitely a nice, cozy place. Beds were super comfortable. Property was immaculate. Shows it's age in a charming way.
We ended up here when our flight was canceled until the following day. Was a pleasant surprise.

Erin Denicola and her staff were beyond excellent in their service and attention to detail at our wedding rehearsal dinner and post wedding breakfast for guests. Their experience and attention to detail was apparent. The meals were delicious and well beyond the normal hotel catering expectations. Thank you so much all.

Jeju is my favorite Korean bathhouse in Duluth and I've been going for years to detox and get some pampering. I would've given it five stars had it not been for a warmer icebox room and a warm but not hot, hot tub! The meat used in the soup we ordered was bland and tasted of thawed, aged meat.. but besides those items, the salt rooms allow for serene pools of sweat to drip.. take a thermos to keep your water cold. Take some cash for tipping if you intend to do any of the many primo services. I highly recommend and love the body shampoo.. I hear good things about the hip bath too but don't have any first hand knowledge of it. Go to Jeju. Even if just once to say you did. They have a lap pool (warm), steam sauna, ice bath, infrared light and so much more.. all at $40 for 24hr access.. the add ons are extra. I'll cu there!

I stayed here the 1st - 3rd of august. On the second we went to the spa. When we walked in it was super hot. Then they tell us the AC was broken. I feel like that they should’ve told us that before we came. There was construction going on right outside the quiet room, so it was loud and you had to walk outside just to get to the locker rooms etc.
I feel like a discount should’ve been offered because the whole reason we chose a spa was to get that quiet relaxing time. When we went it wasn’t that.
Don’t get me wrong the massage and the pool were great but it wasn’t a “ spa “ experience.

This is a great location. The front desk staff are pleasant and efficient. My go-to therapists are John for a deep tissue massage and Janine for my facial (although others I’ve tried are great too). Both John and Janine are prompt, listen to my concerns, and do a great job!

Mayelin is the best. I’ve been seeing her for years. I had to move away from where she works and I still drive an hour to go see her because she is the best. Perfect pressure. Very relaxing and a great person. Very nice.

This hotel was recommended to me based on the location of where I needed to be the next day.. it was perfect in that regard.

I was only there for a night and it served that purpose. It's too old for me to choose the hotel for any future stays.

We had a great weekend getaway and we were so impressed with our visit. The dinner at Katherine's was excellent and our meals at the Cafe were great. The coffee shop had good coffee too. Overall it was a great value and it was nice to get away from our normal routine. It was too hot for us to enjoy the pool, but we could see people were having a blast out there. Very nice pool area and the spa specials sounded amazing.

Nice overnight stay. Stayed on the 9th floor so it was pretty quiet. We had a refrigerator in our room, but not a coffeemaker. There is a coffee shop right at the elevators on the first floor. Buy a coffee and the refills are pretty cheap. Gaming area is not too large. Service on the gaming floor was excellent. We had prime rib and crab legs at the buffet. The food was excellent.

I had my first message today! I had a prenatal message with Jessica. She is and was wonderful. She worked on big problem areas that feel nice and relaxed now. She was very personalble easy to talk to and comforting. I don't think I could have asked for a better first time only I wish it was longer. Will definitely get another one hopefully soon.

I stayed at the Viana for a wedding this past weekend for two nights. The issue(s) I encountered was with the staff and the air conditioning. The first night I stayed in the "bridal suite" in one of the joining rooms. I didn't pay too much attention at the time, but I had to turn the AC down all the way to the lowest temperature setting (I believe 60-65 degrees) in order for the room to feel like it was cold and not humid.
When I was briefly in the lobby the next morning, I had overheard those that came for the wedding as well as other guests complaining that their AC did not work as well.
The second night (the day of the wedding) I had checked into a separate King sized room for my boyfriend and I. We did not get back to our room until late and were extremely exhausted and just went to bed. However again, I turned down the temperature to the lowest setting hoping it would cool off the room somewhat. However, this time the room did not get cold whatsoever. It stayed humid and muggy the entire time. We were able to sleep, but not comfortably as it was hot the entire time. But since it was just for the one night, we endured it.
As I was checking out the next morning, I had mentioned to the woman at the front desk that it was extremely hot and that the AC did not work. She only asked for my room number, wrote it down in a notebook on what appeared to be a list of other rooms with the same issue - then just said I was all set and checked out. I then had to ASK to be compensated in some sort of way, she looked at my blankly/confused and then asked if 10% was good enough - I told her it wasn't and she replied that she could do 20%. I didn't feel like I was going to get anywhere so I just said fine and walked away.
I'm not one to write negative reviews, but I am extremely disappointed with the service/hospitality at this hotel. Additionally, the room for one night was costly and to have to ASK to get compensated for the AC not working at only 20% was very disappointing. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Probably the worst gym I’ve been to. It’s too small for the amount of people who cram into it. No available weights or machines. People fighting like animals over meat to get ahold of dumbbells. No benches. Messy. Loud. Crowded.

We arrived at 8:30 AM, and the staff found us a room to check into early, that was much appreciated after a long week of travel. The pool was very clean and I was highly impressed with the way the lifeguards kept their focus and payed attention to make sure everybody was safe. The food was reasonably priced and was very good. I highly recommend Casablanca Resort in Mesquite.

Jami was amazing, she always does an amazing job with my skin and always gives such helpful skincare advice for the next time I see her. 10/10 experience will definitely go again and definitely would recommend this massage envy location because of the great job Jami does.

I’ve been coming to this location for yrs . The summer program is not the best idea. It's not free. Members dues pay for it. Minors should be supervised by an adult. What about gym etiquette??? Five kids on the machine. I can't get my workout in. Maybe they can do chores in exchange. This program is not fair to the people that actually pay monthly can’t even get a workout 🏋🏽♀️ in . Half of machines are broken . These programs should only be ran in the bigger locations. I’m really dissatisfied

Well, it's not bad. I'm pretty sure I went to Scoops and got ice cream. Sorry to disappoint. They didn't have the ice cream I wanted, but it's cool. I'm a big girl, so a different flavor 😋 is okay with me. I tripped on my way into my car, not the casinos fault. However, I remember it happened at the parking lot, and it makes the experience as a whole worse . 😅

This place has been on my radar for a little bit and I finally decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed in the least. Everything was clean and neat. The room was modern and nicely furnished. The staff was very helpful and professional. At the restaurant they ended up being bombarded when a flight was cancelled and they had a surge of customers but I have to say they handled it with grace. I booked a facial and massage package which was lovely. My technicians Allie and Cathy definitely knew what they were doing and were very informative. Christina at the desk was also very helpful. The spa is very neat and relaxing, its like you're entering a different world from the rest of the building. Overall a great experience.

My massage was long overdue and much needed! My only regret was booking the appointment early in the day. It would of been much better at night so I could go straight to sleep 😌😴

You first have to check in at the front to pay for admission and get a bracelet before going in. When checking in, you leave your ID for security purposes so you don't dine and dash. Or spa/sauna and dash in this case. You have a choice of paying upfront on services you'll want or get it in the back, and they charge it to your number that's on the bracelet, and you can pay when you check out. You can get a plain body scrub and hair shampoo for $60. The other services include that but also face masks and various massages, but those run upwards to $100 or more.
The sauna part is split between male and female. They also have hip bath for women and have a wax and nail service. It says it's on the second floor, but I'm unsure.
As someone stated, or rather questioned, you do have two pieces, short and shorts, that is of a light orange color. A white robe would be out of the question since those would fly open easily. And I'm sure the last thing anyone wants is to see all that junk inside someone else's trunk and more. Even more so if you have your kids with you. Also, a white robe would be a terrible color, given it would stain easily with either beauty products that had dye or of the food they serve there. Orange does make it look like you're running a prison, but if you do just run out without paying, you'll be really spotted before changing.

I stayed over for the father's day weekend and the rooms are fine. Soft beds and clean rooms. Bathroom was a bit small in every detail from tub to toilet. The food there was just mid, nothing great but not bad either. The pool looks bigger in the ads. I didn't golf so I can't say much on that. All in all enjoyable.

The Viana Hotel and Spa was an outstanding venue for our event lodging. Even though our function was not a "day at the spa", we house our lacrosse officials and committee at the Viana and it worked out very well. The rooms were clean, neat and well kept as well as the lobby and many areas around the hotels. Staff was kind and courteous. We also had a tremendous experience with the sales office. Erin DiNicola handled our group and made it easy from start to finish booking the rooms. She even was available after hours and on weekends to allow us to adjust rooming lists and handle other matters. Grateful for this experience and hotel, and plan to be back!

Worst planet fitness location I have ever been to. Dumbbells are all over the place and never at their proper spot. It is dirty, musty and depressing. Go somewhere else if you have the means to. You will never be able to get a proper workout in.

Any time I have to call this location there is an issue. I'm told to call this location because I set up my account through ME at this location. I no longer live here, and go to a closer location to my home.
The last time I had transferred a session to my fiance, I was not told I could do this once every 6 months for the same individual.
I called to transfer a massage to my fiance for a $10 transfer fee, to which I would agree to, as I did last time--and I was told I couldn't "because that individual received services within the past 6 months." I had not been told about this policy before, and when I inquired further I was told by Paul "its just how our system works." Paul would not give me his name over the phone and joked and laughed when I had mentioned we would be reaching out to corporate for his lack of service skills.
When I had asked about a possible cancellation fee, as I set this appointment up for my fiance, I was told Paul didn't have an answer for me. I wasn't told it was a standalone and separately operated franchise location, I was told "I don't know, I down work at that clinic." He probably meant location of the franchise from the context of conversation.
Subpar customer service from a manager, with over 10 years of experience... just because you have longstanding record of servicing roles, doesn't mean you did a good job at it. Mr. Paul Logan, you are a greedy and rude person. I hope your workers see you for who you are and quit before it's too late. You guys should apply to a different location if you enjoy your work at ME. I suggest North Attleboro. Dennis is a great masseuse, and forgive me I don't recall the names of the girls at the desk, but they know how to service clients at the reception desk, as well as on the phone.
Best of luck to those who choose to get services at this location, I am surprised you haven't shut down yet.

I had a fabulous massage with Yesinia! She is naturally talented and well educated in deep tissue and trigger point treatment. She hit all the right spots for the back issue I was having thereby releasing the pain. I would definitely schedule with her again! 😊

Jeju Sauna was such an amazing experience! For the low price of $35, you have access to a number of amenities and services that you could literally spend the whole day doing! There are additional services you can pay an extra fee for but the prices are very reasonable.
The environment was so relaxed and open. The saunas were wonderful - I highly recommend the jewel sauna and the salt sauna.
I recommend this place to everyone! It definitely is a must try experience.

Just had my daughters birthday party here and I have to say, I couldn’t have pictured a better experience! The staff was so nice and amazing, the owner was amazing, the place was gorgeous and they went above and beyond to make my daughter feel like a princess. She got the royal treatment and there was something for everyone to do, I would give 10 stars if I could, I’ll be recommending to everyone, completely worth the money!!!

My main issue with this gym is the poor ventilation system. It’s hot and smelly during the warmer months, it just doesn’t motivate me to go. There’s not a lot of floor space which is something I don’t like since I do pilates. I stay away from the crowded downstairs, it’s not fun. Upstairs cardio room is fine though!

I’ve been to a few locations, this is my number 1 favorite spot! The front staff are friendly and helpful, and they employ a great professionals with a variety of skills to tackle whatever you need! Louis always has a good story or interesting perspective to share that makes the whole experience top notch!

All planet fitness locations recently changed from a 24 hour gym to closing at 11pm. Deal breaker for me seeing how packed this place gets. 5 in line to use a smith machine? I was just there and had to leave. I counted 13 cardio machines out of order. 3/4 months ago the cable fly machine and tanning was down for like a month. They do not care about you here and I'll tell you why. This spot is in a low income minority neighborhood. To prove my point go to the ones in Long Island City queens or Astoria. Those places are spotless with working machines. Also a little deceiving that the posted pictures for this location aren't actually from this location. Time to go back to Blink or Retro.

This place is absolutely perfect in every way. Our group of girls were ages 11-13 and Kidz Lounge catered to them from the beginning to the end. Not only did our daughter get the celebrity treatment, but her friends did, too. Ron organized a beautiful atmosphere and a very memorable event. The staff were attentive, friendly, and experienced. Overall, I highly recommend Kidz Lounge for parties and will be sharing our experience with others.

This is the worst planet fitness on earth. It is always packed. The machines, weights, and toilets are all packed in the basement where there is no airflow and it stinks of sweat and toilets. I actually like PF in general and I got the black card to use other gyms. All the suburban locations have been great, and most of the NYC ones are OK. This one is trash! They need to open another one nearby or actually do the 24/7 thing bc it is really hard to work out here. There are lines for everything and lots of machines broken. You can never find 2 matching dumbbells, they're scattered around the gym cause there is no room to move anywhere and staff doesn't pick up.
My reply to owners comment--How is the staff going to address my concerns? Are they going to put in a new ventilation system and add more square footage if I ask nicely enough?

I wish this place was closer to where I live. I would probably be there 2-3 times a month. What a great place to go and unwind and relax. $35 for 24 hours, with options to add on services. The website prepared me for what to expect as far as clothing. I appreciated that the uniform was large enough for me to be comfortable. We tried out every room available (one was closed), the pools, and the steam sauna. My favorite room was the Gold and Silver room. Heated me up but also made me feel the most at peace. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We ate there, and it was nice to have so many options. The only issue was that the tables were a little tight to get into, but it didn't affect my time or experience. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

My wife and I enjoy our trips to Portland to get a massage or facial at Massage Envy. Amelia does a wonderful job at the facials and you leave with your face feeling smooth and refreshed.
Margaret is great at tailoring the massage to exactly what you need. I prefer "medium" pressure but she is very capable of deep tissue if you need.
The only issue I run into is that the location on Portland is quite busy and appointments are scheduled 2-3 months out. Unfortunately, on more than one occasion my appointment has been canceled due to an employee no longer working there. It seems it's very hard to find and hold onto the massage therapists.
It wouldn't be too big of a deal of it weren't for the fact that I pay a monthly fee for their services. If the services aren't used, it remains as a credit on my account. As a result of all the cancelations, I have many credits on my account that I can't even use before I get charged for another month. If I were to cancel my membership, I'd then lose those built up credits.
Contacting corporate for Massage Envy is pointless. They take absolutely no responsibility for their locations since they are a franchise and issues that arise are handled at the sole discretion of that local franchise's owner, which to me, is unacceptable. I applied for the monthly membership and I realized I can no longer commit to this. I asked for a refund & a cancellation and they mentioned they could not refund it due to a 30 day cancellation policy. So I would have to cancel the first day I enrolled? What? I called to cancel today well passed the 30 day mark. They informed me there in fact there was a 72 hour window to cancel upon enrollment but this was not mentioned to me when I enrolled. The rep “apologized for the inconvenience”. That’s not an inconvenience. You did not state my consumer right and you’re robbing me of my money. They did not state I’d be billed against me will. I want all billing to stop regardless of a ridiculous policy and would like to speak to a manager. If you’re gonna sell someone something do it correctly and legally.

I’ve never thought I would’ve love bathhouse like this. At first I thought I was in squid game for a minute but everyone came here to relax. Count me in as a believer that a bathhouse heals the mind, body and soul. If you’re going to come here, try spending the entire 24 hours here. Go sauna and steam room and hot tube first then go get massages and or acupuncture or foot massage then come back to get your shampoo shower. Then relax in the lobby in the other hot pods igloos. There’s plenty to do, like gym and swimming pool and food court (they should add more protein diet options here). Brings some cards games or something for your own entertainment. Once you get in you can’t get out so make sure you bring your necessary items. There’s much to write about this place, you’ll definitely have to come try it to understand yourself. Overall, it was worth me crossing over states to come get this one unique experience.

Cristen at the Franklin Massage Envy was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and really honed in on certain areas that have been the most sore during my third trimester. She was very sweet and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her and this location!

If you’re looking to forget about everything and just relax this is the place. There are about 5-6 different Saunas each has their own different minerals it’s incredibly relaxing and calm inside of each. They also have a heated pool that you will be able to use if you have a proper bathing suit.
They offer all times of massages and and waxing and even have a really nice nail salon as well.
The entrance is $35.00 and covers the entrance, lockers, bathhouse, saunas and gym.
Whatever you eat from the restaurant it will be added to your card at the card at the end.

We visited as a family. Ages: 11,46,69,73 and 75. Once we got over the cold Asian attitude, the Kids enjoyed the heated pool and us adults have tried all the saunas this place offers. Restaurant has great food to please our diverse group. My only major question is, what is up with the orange T-shirt and shorts we all had to wear!? Together with all the guests there, we looked like inmates! What ever happened to white sheets and robes?!

I absolutely love John’s massages! He does deep tissue and keeps checking in with me to make sure his pressure is appropriate for my needs. This makes me feel listened too and safe to ask for more or less. He is very respectful, professional, personable and makes sure I receive my allotted time each massage. The check in staff are friendly and efficient. My only observation that could be addressed was the the condition of the therapist stool in room 10 at least, needs to be recovered. Looking forward to my next appointment with John!

Andrew at massage envy in South Portland is incredible. I’ve been seeing him for at least 8 years and he is the only reason I continue coming back. I come every other week to see him. I would rate him 5 stars easily!!! The front office is a different story and I’m really upset with them. I wont be renewing my membership because of this situation. I had to cancel a same day appointment bc I was sick… like really sick and they charged me. I called back a few days later to speak with them and they stated they have a strict cancellation policy and it had been charged. So I would recommend you still going to your appointment even if you’re unwell. I wish they would have offered me to gift the massage to someone else but I didn’t think of that until later. Several years ago I had to cancel same day and they were super nice about it. When you attend appointments so frequently it’s bound to happen twice in a 8 year period. I’m just super disappointed in this company.

They were rude and started yelling at me when I questioned why they texted me a rate of $70 but then charged me $84. She was very unprofessional, considering I had been going to this place for years. Then she lied and said she worked there for over 10 yrs.. Which is not true. I canceled my membership. The mall does better massages.

I don't ever write a review but honestly was so disappointed that this could happen to anyone and for that reason I felt I had to post a review.
I took my daughter here with 6 of her friends all ages 5. What this place advertises is completely false. First they called this a makeover with sassy flip flops, pink lemonade, pretzels, pedicure and manicure.
We arrived and were not even greeted. About 10 minutes later 2 young girls that were not older than 18 years old. They gave us a box for the girls to choose flip flops from. Number one these flips flops were dirty, and the sizes were for adult women not children. They did not speak to any of us or address the fact that the flip flops did not fit any of our kids. They went on to call the girls for a manicure which consisted of just plain old polish on their nails (horrible paint job). Same with the pedicure they were just called over to have them painted in no order right by the floor. They were not sitting in any fancy chairs to have their feet done and there was no water which that is not a pedicure!! They need to call it for what it is which is polish on nails and feet! The pink lemonade tasted like pink water and they seriously were given a bowl of a bag of pretzels you buy at the store nothing fancy about these pretzels. To top this all off.....they were setting up for a birthday party in the back as we were there paying $45 per child and not attending us as should be. They took our reservation and then ask us in 20 minutes if we can please leave because the party was arriving. The other party had already begun to arrive so they asked us to please leave again as we were gathering our things then they asked to please Venmo the payment!!! Again we were there for 20 minutes polished the girls nails and feet....they sat them down with a q-tip to apply horrible eye shadow on their eyes and off we went.
This is the worst experience I have ever had!!! I am in disbelief that someone is running an establishment as such and treat people the way we were treated and provided that kind of service. Again this was not what is advertised! There was nothing Classy about this 20 minute reservation for $45!!! Please save your money and take your girls to other places that do a great job...and its not runned by a bunch of teenage girls. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! The one and only bad thing I can say about Massage Envy is their turn around rate for their masseuses. Every time I feel like I’ve found “the one”, their gone a few weeks later….then it’s back to square one. If they could manage to keep a steady solid crew, they’d have 5 stars from me.

1st visit included body shampoo, foot reflexology, 90 minute deep tissue massage (5⭐️)and hip bath(same as yoni stem) #2 was excellent on my 90 minute massage and I left a nice tip… everyone else need some customer service skills… just was not friendly and I do not tip for not so good customer service. I spent almost $500 on all services and I flew in from NC and rented a car from “Routes” car rental(5⭐️) to get there… food was decent, enjoy saunas and hot tubs… will I return… we’ll see!

Started here in July of 2022. Very first appointment should have known this was not the place. They had to reschedule me my first day for an earlier appt and no one showed up on time for work that day and they were 15 min late, they did offer me an add on for free. Still I started a package with them. In Dec which I scheduled a couples massage almost 3 month out knowing weekends fill up, 3 weeks prior to my appointment they had to reschedule me again because one the masseurs called off. ( they only have certain people that do couples massages??) 3rd time I made my appt a month in advance for Jan and 1 days prior they had to call and reschedule it, which I just canceled.
I understand letting employees take time off but come on, in 6 months I was canceled and moved 3 times. I just chose random masseuse & masseurs. So I cannot blame one person.
The sad part is I was referred by one of my co-workers that goes to the one in Lake Forest.
Either way I found another place now and don't plan on coming back.

We had our daughter's 4th birthday party there. Ron was amazing and always answered any questions I had right away. The staff did a phenomenal job with the decorations. I was blown away especially since my daughter's favorite princess-Sleeping Beauty is so hard to find. They were so organized and kept the kids entertained every minute from the mani pedis to freeze dance and so many games downstairs. All the kids had a blast and parents were so impressed. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for making my daughter's birthday an unforgettable one!

I was not impressed with the hot stone massage I was given by Anna. No time to work on feet and when asked she said time was up. Wish they give you a 10’ heads up when the massage is about to end or ask if there’s an area to work on before the massage ends. I wasn’t keeping track of the time, I was too busy tryinto relax.

I wish I can give this place a 0 rating. I called and booked a 50 min prenatal massage. I walk in to my appointment and was asked to fill out lengthy paper work. Once I was done my paper work, my massage therapist said she can’t do the full 50mjns now since we are starting late and she has another client after me. I told her I was never communicated that I need to come early to fill out my paper work. My only option was to pay for 50 mins massage and get a massage that was not going to be 50 mins or reschedule for another day. I told them that I was not going to pay for 50min massage since I wasn’t getting a 50mjn and why would I want to come back to when I’m getting such a bad service. Why would I return???

Kids had a good time. The service was great. The gentlemen who assisted with booking was always friendly and courteous never pushy. The staff did a good job of keeping things moving along and served the pizza and cake. Really takes all the stress and work off the parents. The girls really enjoyed the mini makeover and pink lemonade. The upstairs really looks as depicted on the website very cute! The boys really enjoyed gaming downstairs. All the kids had a blast on the dance floor.

This review is for my massage therapist Nathalie who has been exceptional, compassionate, kind, and consistent in delivering a relaxing massage session. For the front staff, Bri and Nicole are awesome, always super helpful, nice, and kind. I like asking for help and scheduling appointments in-person versus on the phone. Management can do better with training new staff via over-the-phone experiences and service because there have been times I called and reached various new staff who were not as helpful and frazzled and ended up putting me on hold for another person to help anyways.

This review is for the staff - they’re simply fantastic! I had the pleasure of speaking with Bri who helped me organize a surprise massage for my mom. She was kind, extremely helpful, and fun to talk with. The transaction was effortless, and her and Nicole even went above and beyond to help leave a message/note for my mom too. Thank you both for a great experience! My mom loved the massage and her time spent at Massage Envy. We would recommend this location.

Their official policy is that when using saved credits (for ex, due to how they charged during covid) for premium services (a peel etc), they use $140 worth of credits for services listed as $100. That’s a ripoff, and so I stopped using them for premium services.

What a party!!! I threw my daughters 5th birthday party at Kidz Lounge on Maplewood and Hylan and let me tell you, what a great time. We did the spa party package and the girls were groomed and had a great time. They are still talking about it. It’s fun for the whole family. Even the adults had a blast dancing the night away downstairs. The girls were great and kept the kids entertained . Ron was amazing to work with. All my questions and concerns were answered right away!!! Thank you for making my daughters birthday sooo special.

Very relaxing place to get a massage and they have lots of additional services to add to your experience. My favorite scent is the energize scented orange to add to the oil. You can also add foot services with warm wahcloths and rubs, and the new vibration tool gets deep into the muscle where some therapist just cant reach without this tool. It makes for a much more relaxing time and really relieves my tired sore achy muscles after a long day at work. Andrew is extremely detailed oriented and meticulous to make sure that he gets all your focus areas that are bothering you the most. He's got a great personality and gives outstanding massages. You will not be disappointed and you will feel revived afterwards.

What an amazing place for kids. Both boys when girls will enjoy the atmosphere here! My daughter had a blast. They provide bathrobes, manicures and pedicures but all parties are customizable. Can be pricey but The children have an amazing time. Decorations are not included (they do provide basic tablecloths and dishware) so if you have a theme in mind be advised that you must being those items.
