Nobody tells you about the mold and fungus problem it has with this building and the air conditioning problem that comes up every month
If you care about saving money
You can get 2 bedroom for around 25 k or 26 k with parking and kids play area compared to other building which is around 32 k to 35 k for the same with no kids playing area
If you care about your health and your families health best to avoid this building
It will create respiratory issues for you and your family in the long run
The real estate agents pushes the house down your throat without informing you about the mold problems which is a big issue with the building
If it wasn’t for the mold
This would be the best building in ajman

They give a number that picks calls and doesn't give information about rentals on Saturday!!!
What is the use of the number then??

Frequent water cut, slow lift, some times 1 or 2 lifts are always under maintenance. Good and affordable flats for families and children, play area, all amenities are here. Restaurant, hairdressers, laundry, supermarket , medical shop etc

Despite complaining to the Security staff on A2 block multiple times; we are still greeted with this nasty sight on a daily basis due to which filthy cockroaches arise.

People park their car near the building entrance on parking floor obstructing the gate when you carry bags from your car and also many cars follow you when you scan the card for the car park and enter behind you illegally. No security of cars because these illegal cars are parked in our car park space. There is fire in the building regularly because of some irresponsible tenants and poor maintainance. If you have kids then don't stay in this buildings. All the rides in the park are broken and not yet replaced. Kids are unable to play there. The lift doesn't work properly in B4 building. Once a lady got trapped and was rescued after 1 hour. She was exhausted and the maintenance guy said he doesn't care because he is not paid well by maintenance company. If it was a kid it would have died due to suffocation. No one cares for that. AC don't work during summer. In this tower ac is only for winters. The lift of B5 tower has juice spilled and chips packets almost all the time.The management should take immediate action so the tenants get what they paid for and the landlords should also be involved in this otherwise they won't be able to find tenants. It is already getting vacant because nearby buildings are new and the rents are very less compared to these towers and the most important is water leakage in walls. Every apartment and every room has that problem. The agents lie about the building and earns their commission.

A bunch of towers. Neatness in average. Rooms are not that so spacious. But ok.
A huge building needs more care and managing system to keep heighgene.
A professional gym is working in this building. Groceries and shops are available.
