Copacabana Bar and Grill Liverpool

As a Brazilian I have to say the food was amazing. They had really nice feijoada, the picanha, the chicken hearts and the pineapple was fantastic. They cook the meat as you prefer, you just need to request. Also they have a very nice Wine list with good variety and prices.

What a fantastic restuarant. The other reviews are clearly competitors trying to drag the place down. We attended here on Saturday 16th December for our work night out. We where greeted by a very friendly waitress who showed us to our table after giving it a wipe over and pushed 2 tables together for us. The menus quickly followed along with an explanation of how the menu works. Drink orders quickly followed and where brought out promptly. The hot food and salad bar was fantastic, plenty of fresh salad and hot food, the curry & mushrooms where amazing! We also had someone in our party who has Coeliac and the waitress was very good and aware of what meats she couldn't eat and what was safe on the salad/hot food bar. She also double checked on the chips as well for us.

Unfortunately, the Stella lager was off and had bits in, this was dealt with promptly with a big apology! It happens so no issue at all.

The meats soon came out once we all had a plate and flowed at a steady pace. Out of the 14 meats on the menu, we had 12 of them served to our table followed by Pineapple. The waiters carving the meats where very friendly and enjoyed their job! The meats where top quality and they would cook it to order, so some of us liked it a little pinker than others they would cook it well done and come back. All very tasty and tender!

All of my staff commented on how much they enjoyed the meal and the restaurant.

Compared to other restaurants of similar style in the area Copacabana, is the most reasonably priced. Drinks where not badly priced either.

Overall, we had such a fantastic time and I would most certainly go back and recommend to others!

Was there at 5.30pm on a Saturday afternoon. Not that busy when we got there. We were served drinks straight away.
We went for the buffet option at £27 each.
How disappointing!! We were there for 1h 30 minutes in total and they came to our table only 6 times, twice with sausage!! And when they did stop at your table you only had a thin slice of meat, it was terrible!!
I had one little slice of beef it was lovely, but the slice of sirloin tasted of liver, it was not nice!!
I told 2 members of staff and they weren't shocked at my comments, they said they would get us some more food, but we had already been here 90 minutes and had to catch a train.
I had to stop at a chippy for something to eat i was still hungry!

This place was not value for money, we could of had a nice steak at another restaurant for this amount of money!!

I was angry, disappointed and starving leaving here!!

The menu is amazing with all sorts of meat (Halal).
The salad and hot food bars are amazing.

The food was lovely, amazing salad bar. I have scored the service low, but I think our waitress was new, and with that, she could have been given more support. It felt it was a little sink or swim in her defence. We ordered our drinks first and asked also for tap water for the table, I had to ask a further 2 times for water, eventually came near the end of our meal. 3 of us ordered the same dish, and the other order was a burger. On the menu it stated our 3 meals came with the complimentary salad bar, the witness returned 10mins after we placed our order asking if we wanted chips or veg, we questioned it as this wasn't stated on the menu. Decided on chips (very happy at this point). Another 10 minutes later or so, we were then informed that the chips would actually be extra. The burger then came out, and by the time the rest of the table actually received our food, our guest with the burger had finished. I complained politely but received no apology. It was really unfortunate as we were celebrating a special occasion.

Early evening visit for myself & some friends. Our 1st time here & it didn't disappoint. A lovely help-yourself salad/vegetable/hot food bar & then a tasty plate of various meats (Brazilian Feast) to accompany it...simply delicious!
Highly recommended & I cant wait to go again!

From all the steak houses I’ve been this was by far the worst.
Rude service from the guy that comes to the table with the meats. We declined the pork a couple of times - for religious reasons - and he abruptly said “he couldn’t serve us only beef”. I can understand that would be too expensive to the restaurant, but I had chicken thighs and my brother had lamb so we were not having only beef?!
Food was all right, but the attitude of this member of staff just ruined the atmosphere and won’t be returning.
