Really great local theater. Cute photos inside show the theatre hasn’t changed much since 1918. There’s only one theatre room with old school seats and it only shows one movie at a time for a while. There are also lots of great showcases and theatre events as the theatre has a stage under the screen. Good local hiding spot for a rainy day.
I saw Half Step here in November ‘23. Unusual setting for them. Nice to see a room full of seats.
One movie at a time shown . Admission very inexpensive. Nothing fancy but a clean decent movie theater.
Watched Fight Story 2 there. Was a great documentary, very inspirational.
We saw the lost weekend. It was a beautiful movie about John Lennon and mae pang. Loved it. The theater is old but wonderful. You can't beat the price. I took my kids there when they were little. It brings back nice memories. Definitely go there!

We had an amazing time at the Bellmore theater for the Long island international film Expo Festival. Not only did our video win best Music Video during the festival, but we were able to screen the video at the theatre! A showcase of disability, art and music, stories that are often not told in large movie theaters. What an amazing experience!
