Wind River has Excellent customer service, no pressure and quality Native jewelry. I bought 2 necklaces and one came with a pare of matching earrings. There was a third necklace i wanted but time got in the way of going back the next day. I highly recommend you stop in their shop.

This was one of the most pleasant and delightful shopping experiences I’ve had. First, the staff is very knowledgeable about their inventory; second, the staff actually listens to what is desired by the customer. Santana worked with us two days in a row. There was zero pressure and her suggestions were spot on. What we decided on wasn’t the most expensive, yet her appreciation of the sale might tell you otherwise. Yesterday we left only with a beautiful pendant. We came back today and added another necklace that was a magnificent vintage (1940s) piece, some Zuni earrings, a Navajo headdress, and a transformer sculpture. Ash, an over-the-top helpful manager/owner(?) made us super happy when he gave us a price break and also wrapped everything up, ready for travel. I am a very satisfied customer, especially with the no-pressure approach to sales. I will return to this shop with each trip back here.

My husband and I recently had Wind River Trading Company of Santa Fe create our 50th Wedding Anniversary rings. Not only did they create our custom14k gold rings with Australian Opal, lapis, and turquoise custom inlay for us, but they gave us an incredible price!! This store is old school, genuine Santa Fe and has been owned by the same family for decades. We found them to be friendly, honest and knowledgeable jewelers. Contact owners, Raymond or Norm or sales person Santana and you wont be disappointed!

We had a good experience with Wind River until we received the shipped merchandise. We were told when purchasing the pottery that if the pottery didn't fit on the shelf at our home we could exchange it for another piece. I called repeatedly and left numerous messages and no one ever returned my phone call. I guess we are stuck with a vase that does not fit the place where we had envisioned it. I feel taken advantage of! They were so happy to sell me two pieces of pottery and convince me that there would be a good recourse if they didn't work, but I guess they are not going to be good to their word. I wonder what would have happened if they had arrived broken! Buyer beware!
