We had sooo much fun shopping there. We were looking for a crossbody purse that would work for traveling. Alexus showed us everything that fit our specifications. She pointed out additional features that each bag had. We were easily able to find multiple options that fit our needs. We had such a good time looking at all the other cute stuff they had. From crab-shaped coin purses to watermelon wristlets we ended up with much more than a crossbody bag. Alexus was amazing but the entire staff was super helpful as well. We travel a bit to get to this location but this staff and this experience make us want to return-soon. Thank you Kate Spade ♠️ outlet! We had a great day because of you.

I went in yesterday morning for my first time ever I was lost at first but thanks to Blanca she helped me out the whole time I was there very sweet and professional. I’ll definitely be going back thanks to her.
Such an amazing experience. We went in looking for a watch for my husband and ended up taking more stuff. We came across Anabel Cervantez which made us feel comfortable, not pushy like other sales people. She answered all of our questions with professionalism and made our experience hassle free. Even though we had her walk back and forth she never gave us attitude. Definitely, asking for her next time we shop! Thanks Anabel.
Store was hot Employees where not helpful. On line the store had the items Employees said they could not find it. I ordered it on line while in store. The Employee who was by himself in the pick up area was very helpful a very nice young man name Nathan. I still can believe that one person by themselves was more helpful then the 6 standing around doing nothing. Store was not busy and they still didn't help

Any place that leaves its doors open in hot (or cold) weather has an unnecessariy high electric bill, which means unnecessarily high prices. This is besides not caring about power-plant emissions that contribute to climate change. So recommend not even stepping through their (open) door . . .
Elias in electronic sales has a great customer service. He helped me choosing the right Smart TV. Very professional, patience and attentive. Not only he helping me with my new TV, but he also helped me with a sectional sofas. He explained about factory coverage insurance and also if I was interested in purchasing additional insurance. Overall, I highly recommend Elias for any purchase anybody might want. Thank you Elias! 🙌🏼
Great customer service! Ivan from electronics was very kind. Ivan helped us out through our purchases, and gave us all the information we asked for. He helped us make three great purchases, and made sure to explain the purchase. He also gave us a few tips, and was very professional, but still funny.
Easy Sunday drive. Free hot dogs summer weekends 1pm-5pm (we missed it!). This store has a very wide variety of options; baby stuff to huge TV's. Their prices are very good, less than department stores, they guarantee it! They offer credit o.a.c. The staff greet at the door, are very friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this store location for those looking for designer accessories, clothes, electronics (Portable A/C), Apple Air-Anything, computers, and beyond!
A couple of days ago I went with the intention of buying some sunglasses and the truth is that the attention from the girls left a lot to be desired, first I was standing in front of the counter for almost 10 minutes looking for someone to help me and the three ladies who were there They totally ignored me, I went up to one of them who was in the perfume stall, I greeted her and asked her about the sunglasses, first she completely ignored me, when I asked her again she turned to look at me with disdain and only told me that she was busy, that there were other ladies who could help me, of the other 2 ladies, one of them was only standing in front of the mirror looking at herself and combing her hair with her hands, I approached her and asked her if she could help me and she only told me that she was busy (because combing your hair with your hands is more important than customers apparently) and I call a third lady who for a change with a very bad face and bad attitude opened the glasses rack, I asked her a couple of questions about the glasses and asked her a suggestion to choose one and the way he responded made me totally unwilling to be in that place, it seemed that he was not interested in selling anything, I just thanked him for his time and left. The truth is that I no longer have the slightest intention of going back to a store that provides that type of service to customers and I’m even thinking of canceling the account. I would give it less stars but it cannot be less than 1 because of her very poor attention.

I came in to purchase a Perfume & Cologne & Came across Sandra Gutierrez who was selling this (Sexual Brand Line) of perfumes. She was very Kind , Sweet & Very Helpful answering all my questions even about other brands. She explained how the Sexual Perfume was coming up & sampled everything and really LOVED IT! Her Attitude, Charisma & Vibe persuaded me to buy a few and my Wife and Mom Loved them . I will DEFINITELY return . Thank you Sandra .

I came here while visiting family and decided to check out the bags. She kept giving me suspicious looks and following me (a black woman) in the store.

I understand what some of the other people here are saying. The employees at this MK Outlet store do not pay enough attention to customers. And the woman Becky that some other reviewers mentioned is well known. She causes a lot of trouble when she comes in every Friday night. But the employees kow tow to her and bend over backwards. This has to change soon or the store will lose more customers.
I just wanted to checkout few designs before deciding what to buy. The moment I walked into store I felt followed, pressured and held up by a lady associate. Seems like she was too greedy for promotion for selling an item. She didn’t accepted online promotion and kept on saying we don’t accept it, when online it did say valid in stores. She just hurried up through everything and just kept on asking me to add more stuff so she could get more commission. I think I am good shopping online better than this rude associates
Came in today to pick up a gift for my wife and can’t really say the welcoming or could I help you with anything else was in the tone during my pick up. Normally I would work with a woman name Sandy who is great with a smile when I’m in the store but sadly she wasn’t in. I also never did get the message I wrote for my wife in the box. So idk what the point was for leaving a message and never getting it with the product I bought. I will just stick to online and not the store
Not impressed with the customer service at all. I was in there on Friday and there was a lady ranting and raving all over the store. She yelled at the workers and denigrated them something awful. Then she screamed at her husband because he forgot her soda in the car. Just a terrible disaster. I cannot believe MK store employees did not handle the woman's bad behavior better. So, I left and will buy Burberry from now on.

I used to frequent this store often on Friday evenings until recently. Every Friday night an obnoxious shopper named Becky comes in recording her shopping experience live on social media and made me eventually decide to leave and not come back. She talks loud, cackles, takes up the attention of the poor girls working there and is just uncultured. The week before that, this woman Becky claimed her 'eye fell out' and went running around the entire store yelling like a banshee. The last time I was in there, she got into a verbal altercation with another shopper.
Sadly, I've decided not to shop at this outlet any more. And I really am disappointed Michael Kors would allow their store to be turned into a circus.

This outlet was such a good deal. They had a bunch of things on sale that I couldn’t pass up.
I just wanted to give a shoutout to a worker who recently helped me out. Jenny was seriously awesome. She was super friendly and eager to help. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of since we were new to buying things at this store with credit. Loved the store and selection. Went a bit overboard on my purchases since they had so many gorgeous choices. Too bad the gal at the checkout was so rude and disrespectful. I probably would have purchased a couple items for my Granddaughters but she was so rude I almost didn't purchase my other items. Note to young lady at desk....I always tell my employees Never judge a book by its cover! Just because someone may not LOOK like they're worth your time.....you have no clue!
Julian was beyond helpful and patient as my wife and I shopped around. He answered all our questions (and we had many) in regard to the products we were interested in getting. It took us about 45 min to look and shop around and Julian checked in to see if there was anything we needed. He was very knowledgeable regarding the products we purchased. The customer service provided was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend you ask for Julian if you need any help or information.

Purchased a vanity, it was delivered and assembled and there were damages. Let the lady at the store know that there were damages and she said she would not have a problem replacing it. A month later a new one was delivered and the drawers did not open properly. A video was sent to the lady at the store and she said she would be issuing a partial refund. After having numerous issues with the vanity and expressing my concerns the lady at the store, she stopped responding. She was probably hoping that the issue would just be dropped and she would not have to deal with it anymore. This is terrible customer service.

It's really tough to find affordable furniture these days. I traveled all over Pacific Blvd for a good deal on a Sofa / Love set. Yadira at Mundo Click came to the rescue! Not only did she give me a great price, she broke down my purchase to a few very affordable monthly payments AND she had the furniture delivered to my home quickly while taking out my old furniture. One of the best I've been to for having a nice selection and wonderful customer service. I went to another well known purse store and their customer service was horrible. I left and went to coach as soon as you enter greeted with smiles and offers to help you find what your looking for. And they had these beautiful book bag purses on sale for $169 Overal great experience and I will be back to christmas shop 🙂

This location is nice and clean. The staff doesn’t greet you but they have a good selection of bags. So if you’re the type that doesn’t like to be bombarded by associates while shopping you should check it out.

I live in Los Angeles and was on the hunt for a specific purse. I called an outlet closer to me and they told me this Barstow outlet had it in stock. I called the very next day and Isabella O took my call. She was beyond sweet, helpful, and very communicative throughout the entire process!

The ladies here are fantastic!! Super friendly, outgoing, very helpful. They helped me find my bag and a matching wallet. They encouraged me to "try it on", they helped with finding a wallet by suggesting I see if it fit with the purse and in the purse. Just amazing all around.
I want to thank Mundo Click for allowing us to get our fridge, stove, washer and dryer to out new home. It is very affordable and very great customer service was provided. Very nice people to work with they help you out to make sure you can get everything you need without having to do much so im so greatful to have gone there then anywhere else. Here is two pictures of my appliances that i got even my fridge still has the plastic on it but everything is brand new works perfectly fine. If ever have a problem I can always contact them and they will take care of it. The payments are very flexible they work with us and always there to assist with any questions or concerns that we have. I want to thank them so much for being so amazing with the customers and making us feel like we were at home when trying to figure out what appliances were more affordable to us but they offer serveral opinions and work with you till the end so everything works out good. I highly recommend this place to all friends and family to get their appliances there as well without having to get to a situation where you can get cant pay for what you're looking for.

Nice selection of merchandise but the staff was lacking and not friendly at all . My family wasn't even welcomed at the door or got told " Hello " nothing more like ignored .

Received a gorgeous ring from my sister for Christmas! Stones fell out after 3 months. She paid full price. Tried to exchange/return it and was told “Kate Spade does not guarantee their jewelry”. Note to self… Bye bye Kate, you will not be getting anymore of my coins! 😌

Beautiful table!! Bench comes in handy with the kids and it’s so easy to clean and just aesthetically pleasing. It was also really easy to out together and had no struggle what so ever putting it back together. Bench fits more people than you can imagine !!

My husband and I were planning gifts of our wedding anniversary. Neither of us are “rich” by any means but we had a couple thousand put back. All I wanted was a Kate Spade sparkle purse. The lovely sales associate that my husband approached to find the item so he wouldn’t be stuck in the store looking around decided to tell him they don’t have any in stock and he “could afford one anyone”. Which then lead to him being removed from the store and asked not to come back because he let them know how utterly rude that was. I’m completely appalled and will only be buying online because I love the brand but clearly their staff needs more training.

She’s kind compassionate, goes out of her way to make me feel extremely welcome, she’s knowledgeable professional and has even taken the time to learn my name. I’ll go back to Kate spade’s end I will ask specifically for her to help me. She ihas even talked to my wife on the phone, Or through the video because my wife is going through cancer treatments and unable to come. I’ve been doing all my shopping there for my wife and Brianna has just really made me feel totally welcome there. I come back just because she’s there and like I said she’s willing to help and take time out from other customers just to ensure I don’t over stress with the shopping. The prices are fantastic and it’s just exactly what all the women in my family want. So thank you Breanna and I wish you all the best in your sales career and I hope you become the manager.

Love this place. Went in Friday for a new purse and explained to the saleswoman Natalie that I needed to retire my old purse because I had used it so much that parts where getting damaged. She explained that since it had been less than a year they could see if another store had one for exchange or I could get a refund. Gabrielle was able to find my exact purse (which is now old) for me at a different store and it was shipped to my house for no charge. I got it in less than 5 days. I am so happy to have a replacement. I did purchase a new purse because I love the styles so much.
Best unique shopping in DC in my opinion. It has so many gifts and homegoods that you won't find anywhere else. The shopkeep questioned if I knew how expensive the item I was purchasing was and asked if I had seen the price tag, which was rude, but whatever, totally worth the visit.
If you are seeking a gift or something for yourself this is the place to go. They have a wonderful selection of jewelry, glasses, purses, hats and other accessories. The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were affordable and there was a sale selection in the rear of the store. If you are in Old Town this is a wonderful shopping choice.

This place has the perfect assortment of well-known brands mixed with local DC pieces. On one table, you’ll find yourself browsing their selection of DC prints and coasters and on the next table, you’ll find Voluspa candles and Alexis Bittar jewelry. The owner really has a talent for curating and I can’t wait to see what new items await the next time I go.
Best place to find a nice house warming or birthday present for someone that is local DC themed. Many options to choose from for gifts. A friend of mine got his niece the cutest baby outfit while I got some DC flag themed drink coasters. There are nice pictures, paintings and anything you would need to deck out your home in DC fashion.
Urban Dwell is one of those really cool shops that has anything a modern creative person would want from clever artisan greeting cards to Hillary Clinton dolls. It's very spacious so you're bound to fund something you like. It's also just off the main strip of Adams Morgan making it easy to stop in on your way to dinner. If you're from DC, the prices won't shock you, but tourists would find it a bit pricey.
