I had the pleasure of being helped by Molly today, and I had THE best experience I have ever had at Mondou. Thank you Molly for all your help!

This could be a 3 or 4 at best but an off-shift employee decided to make a big fuss about masks to me a little while ago so not only do they support ineffective and illogical measures and segregation but the staff also has the audacity to cause a scene even when they're not working. Outside of that I've also purchased food for my pets that was opened then put back in but improperly and had the wrong food that wasn't meant for a cat. I'm glad I realized it once I was home and feeding them, but the lack of professionalism to throw together a random box of frozen raw food is appalling.

Lots of brand you can choose and great service,stuff will give the dog treats every time I went, so friendly and kind! Also their membership card , each time you purchased will earn the points and next time you go you can use the points and save money.

I don't know what happened, but the stores selection has become not only sparse but higher prices than I remember for standard products. For example, you can buy filters for fountains here but they're very rarely in stock at the two Mondou's I go to and are $6.99 - something that's $4.99 at Global Pets! The last two times I visited, they were also out of slow-feed bowls and catnip toys. The one benefit I've had with them is getting to use their quick-service name collar machine and an inventory sale they had during the summer where I got a collar for $2 (normally $9.99). Otherwise, the products are much higher than the competitors and don't have too much selection.

Although it is a small store, I really enjoyed using their grooming service a couple times when I lived in the neighborhood. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and I found their pricing to be reasonable. My dog was always happy to come in for a treat or two when we walked by. A great storefront for Mont-Royal Ave!
